This man has managed to create work that is as contemporary as any other using a traditional medium, his work reminds me of damien hirsts "physical impossibility of death in the mind of something living" in the way it highlights our mortality and our ever changing and in some cases 'bleak' lives.

@2mabell Sure he can paint. I like his work but imagine how banal art would be if it was limited to paint of canvas.
I like to see a bit more creativity and originality in art, rather than just a painted image.
