  • Cardinal Arinze cracks me up with his blunt delivery of the truth. An admirable leader of the Church. God bless him.

  • I love this guys attitude and straight forwardness wish more priests and church people would be like him:)) God Bless you:P

  • Thank God for Cardinal Arinze and others who are brave enough to speak the truth and stand up; take back our Church and say no to 'modernism'!

  • I agree with Cardinal Arinze. All that is necessary to commit a mortal sin is to know in your conscience that the act you did (or intend to do) is/ was seriously wrong. You don't need to sit there are are say to God that you don't want a relationship with him and you don't care what the eternal consequences are.

  • Did Adam and Eve commit mortal sin ? They walked with God in Eden and did effectively tell God to take a hike when commanded not to eat of the tree. That had to be the worst sin of all time and they were forgiven. There is not suggestion they asked forgiveness, just that they were ashamed. And if they committed mortal sin, why were their children punished for that 'mortal' sin ? :-)

  • @Gullytale I never understood that part either why the hell should a newborn totaly innocent child have to suffer for the fuckups and wrongdoings of their parrent ? i only have a possible reason/hint what Gods motive might have been if you see your child suffer from your sin that pains you even more than if hed punish you

  • I like how Cardinal Arinze explains things JUST LIKE IT IS without sugar coating words. We NEED more priests who will be candid and address d doctrine FEARLESSLY.. Peace and Love to everyone :)

  • The next Pope. He's not afraid to tell you like it is.
