@tony a jab is a very technical aspect of the sport if u know how to use it and alot of fighters dont Green used his to push Roy back and set him up with it which trapped him long enoughto land a big punch

I believe that the fight was staged now that I put all the pieces together. Green is now calling out Hopkins to go to Austrailia after a huge reception. They probably paid Roy pretty good. The most convincing thing is the punch landed on Roy Jones. It wasn't clean or hard enough. Roy got up too easily. If the punch was legit though....why did the ref stop the fight being that it was only the first round with not much time left in the round?.......Seems Suspicious.

Haye v Hopkins wont happen. If it ever did it would have to be in like a years time or more. Hopkins wont wait until then, he'd be stupid too aswell. But if he wants to wait until he's nearly 47........... ok i got Haye by KO.

mundine is a reflex type fighter, and kinda quick and beat green. i picked jones to win but roy has shown, if he gets caught, its a rap. bye roy, never been a huge fan but u WERE unbelievably gifted. now retire into the hof. btw, jones was a punching bag, he showed no sighns of even attempting a punch. i'm all for letting the fight go on steve smoger style lol but it was over imo, he fell down twice b4 getting up but the ref cont'd the count and gave him a chance to fight unlike nady(judah-tyzu)

Roy Jones Jr. fight shocked me when he got hit with that punch and dropped. He got up but quickly finished off. Roy jones Jr needs to retire now.

Hopkins, on the other hand, is still boxing great for his age. It's really amazing to see him still going strong.

good talk chad dawson it seems he only goesafter old guys . he's good but beat some of the guys like that are competing in the supersix tournament. hopkins should go after haye win or lose then he should retire because the roy jones fight ain't happening. roy should retire he's having to many unnecessary loses at the end of his career.

Hopkins should stay away from dawson, too young, too quick and too awkward. Like you say, he doesnt commit so he wont really be there to counter. As for Haye, well thats just suicide.

Hayes too big + powerful for Hopkins. All Haye needs is to land one big punch and he will have Hopkins in trouble.

Good shit as always Dave, id like to see Haye vs Hopkins..... for a couple reasons, 1- I want to see hopkins climb a new mountain. He already did the light heavy weight under dog took tarvers title. Id like to see him attempt to do it at heavy weight... Roy gets stronger as the fight goes on.

He should of been alot more defensive and cautious in the first 4 rounds. His guard is great when he wants to use it but he doesn't protect the back of his head... but i mean who does?

Bhops v Green next... That fight will look real good for either of them. If Bernard wins it's like he beat Roy... If Green wins he has 2 legends under his belt on back 2 back fights.
