The characters are merely brands if you come to think of it. I could sell a cheeseburger kids meal and call it a Hannah Montana Meal. Any difference between the two? I think not.
Toys DON'T lead to obesity, nor does fast food, nor stickers. Poor choices, and the inability to say no, on the parents part CAN lead to obesity. Children should not be deciding what they eat. That is a part of parenting.
As for McDonalds enticing kids to want a happy meal with a toy. You can buy the toy separately, and if asked, your local McDonalds will put ANYTHING YOU ORDER in a happy meal box. Cased closed. Shame on the advocates of this lawsuit.
These kids aren't able to buy themselves happy meals, Its not mcdonalds fault, Its the parents who buy the shit's fault.
