Sensei's are not as disciplined as they used to be. I did Taekwondo not long back and (having done a little Karate years back) the discipline there was pathetic! Students were actually back chatting the Instructors! I did Asano's class once and I swear you would not dare flinch otherwise BUNNYHOPS! RESPECT!

No. Bunny hops explained is when you crouch down, feet together, arms grasping your legs and feet together jump like a bunny up and down the Dojo. Very painful on the legs.

Yes we also used to lie in a row on your back and the person at the end of the line stood up and ran over the torso. All good!

I think the 2nd kata is NIJU HACHI HO, one of his own kata (i think he developed it) but a very different kata (combines Shotokan and Tai Chi) its on Youtube. love his work.
