Burt,sadly you need like 1,000 views per video so making a new channel may not be the best option but if you think it woulb be best than I'm fine with it.

You must understand that to successfully get a partnership a good part of your subs have to watch your videos, it's no use having 10k subs if only 200 actually watch the video, just an example btw. If you're ever going to apply for partnership again you're going to need to improve the quality of your videos. Not hating or anything just making it clear.
