That wont get you high! Cannabinoids do not disslove in water they only dissovle into oils, fats and alcohol. Water lacks the chemical composition required to bind with the molecular structure of cannabinoids such as THC, CBD etc... Cannabinoids dissolve into alcohol because its molecular make up is able to bond to cannabinoids, the same goes for oils and fats such as butter. So the best way to make a cup of tea that will get you high is to melt some butter into the water first. Either that or

cannabanoids are not water soluble so no matter how long you boiled it or brewed it, it will not get the entire amount of thc or cbd into the water. you need some sort of lipid (veg oil/cream/butter) to get any psychoactive into your brew
