I got to 1:30 and this video had not yet provided any useful content. Around 5:40 the announcer says that CCleaner "gets rid of all this crap, so just click..." No description of the specific options and why a user might want to keep some of them.

u dont know anything lil kid go hit puberty ccleaner is 100 times better because ccleaner does everything disk clean up does but a whole
lot more ccleaner takes of programs
and unused files and registry u suk
