  • looping like a retard, are you still playing the race card?

  • YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM i am from australia and my daddy has almond trees on his farm, i remember as a kid cracking into fresh almonds on the farm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm so yummy!!!

  • Thanks, I really appreciate your sense of reality and reminding raw fooders of the famous rules of nutrition: variety, trying new things, enjoying your diet and balancing yourself.

  • your teeth are so white! what toothpaste do you use!? also do you use whiting strips or get you teeth whitened?

  • Love your channel, your energy is wonderful.

  • your awesome, yur inspiring me to be more healthy

  • Almond is a seed and should be soaked before eating. I love raw almonds they are sweeter. Nearly impossible to find in the US.

Natasha Looking Good today : )

  • I thought uncooked almonds were poisonous....

  • You can actually eat the green part on the fresh almond too. It's nice and bitter!

  • How true it is that, if we are cheerful and contented, all nature smiles, the air seems more balmy, the sky clearer, the earth has a brighter green...the flowers are more fragrant...and the sun, moon and stars all appear more beautiful, and seem to rejoice with us

  • hey whens the last time you had fast food girl?

  • Happy to be in the 7day raw challenge:D

  • I would love to try the 7 day raw food challenge, but i will be offline next week :(

  • nice one ... will keep looking for those but joy-we were out the other day and founds several hazelnut trees , had a few green , yum ! but a bit small inside yet

just waiting now ....and watching the squirrels

  • HI Natasha, I just wonder where did you found those fresh almonds and how much did they cost. I found a web where I can buy raw almonds but the prices are CRAZY! and of course unless the almond comes in a shell like those you show, it is hard to trust the others they sell out there are raw. Please tell me where u bought yours and the price! Best Regards. Monica

  • I really enjoy your videos. I would love to try the 7 day raw food challenge, the only problem, I have a hard time finding organic fruits and veggies in my area. Also other raw foods. I'm afraid I'll purchase and not be able to shop for the right items.

You look great today! Have a great day,

    Sue

  • jesus christ Natasha! You are looking Hot today! I'm in Bangkok and the ladies here just don't compete with you on any level (physically speaking of course). You should do well with the Thai dudes in Koh Phangan! ;) And for god sakes: SOAK THE ALMONDS BEFORE EATING THEM! Thanx

  • I want Papaya, coconut water (from a real coconut) and squash pasta instead of zucchini pasta. Also spirulina, raw cacao and wheat grass!

  • @TheLoserKingdom why squash pasta instead of zuccini?

  • would we need to soak these even when they are this fresh?

  • Yeah we won't be able to find these in stores for very much longer, codex alimentarius is ruining everything.

  • @Riffnspliff wild food for free/ hedgerow river cottage handbook no7

    can help .

forget the stores - food can be found for free.

    foraging for the win

  • @VonLeachim Yeah I know foraging is good and all, but growing your own food is better, you can control the environment and soil quality. With all of the chemtrails, toxic metals, pesticides/herbicides and pharmaceuticals in our soil and plants, foraging can be quite dangerous if you're not in the right area.

  • @Riffnspliff true enough but "better", I'm not so sure- we tend to stay away from farmland/urban areas if out foraging .. -thing is; if out for a walk - it can and often does turn into a free food shopping trip.

-know what you mean though, have to sensible attitude about picking + where.

just do the best one can, loads of free veggies to be had, just do the proper research

  • @VonLeachim It really depends on where you live, but it could go both ways. I totally agree though, almost everything can be had for free or extremely cheap. Especially when it comes to peace, energy and healing

  • @Riffnspliff true.. harnessing is key ..oh and timing .. am always missing the fruits ..darn wildlife :)

  • @VonLeachim Haha yeah gota know when the plants flower and fruit or you'll miss all of the good stuff! The birds will beat you to it lol

  • Wow your hair looks amazing

  • Nice tan !

  • I heard that fresh almonds were almost impossible to find. Have you found these periodically? Also, what is the title of that picture behind you?

  • beautiful!
