I was on the sideline as a true freshman. This was one of the best moments of my life. Nothing like being 18 years old and feeling like you are on top of the world. I miss my old teammates, but this video is a great way to re-live the old great days of GSU football. GEORGIA... SOUTHERN!!!!!

Kinda odd that the fans tore the goal posts down. This was Georgia Southern's 4th National Championship, it's not like they were under dogs from outa nowhere, they're the best team in the 30+ year history of 1-AA/FCS.

Near the end of the vid georgia southerns #99 was alex mash. He was a freshman at the time and would become a starter for the next 3 years, he was one of the eagle's most dominant def. linemen by the time he graduated.
