Do you have to leave it on? For example. I want to use it to keep track of my starting point, then turn it off. And only use it if I get lost to get back to point A. So can you just turn it back on and it will tell you how to get back to your starting point?

yeah I agree how do I put the coordinates into my Gps unit I just got my etrex h Today and want to go geocaching if I have to sue my phone can I use a trac phone if so how do you use your phone to put int coordinates if you print off the list how do you store the number coordinates on my new Etrex H unit? lots of questions noone is Answering on youtube.com

i second that i go up mountains and fed up of coming down wrong in bad viz conditions so after seeing your vids i went and got the same gps cheap and cheerfull. i would like to know how to put co=ordinates into the unit to try some geo caching kind regards

Hi there, I'm a complete newb to Geocaching and to this particular unit. Nobody is explaining how you get the coordinates from the PC onto your GPS unit. This unit doesn't come with a USB lead and I don't know how to enter the co-ords of the cache I want to find manually. Please can you help? Also can you please tell me which USB lead I need to buy as the one I've looked up doesn't look as though it will fit the unit.

@Spiritobliss you have to print off a list or use a phone and put them in manually, think it stores a few at a time.
