The girl on the end with a white tee shirt and blue shirt around her waist is the only one partially shown when he levitates. Clearly, if you look closely, these are not the same clothes. What he does is film it twice once using his right foot as the foot he rises on lifting the left foot, then after the people have left film one where a winch lifts him having an asisstant dress like one of the girls if you notice when he rises you only see one person the first time is to get the reaction, then they just put the two filmings together for the trick to work

How did he made that high? Well, the place where he elevates 'that high' is being filmed after he shows his small trick by elevating just a little bit of the floor by using covered foot. Than he uses same reaction filmed before and puts together with his new wired and elevated high trick. If you would notice the girl on high elevation shot is not the same, it's a different person dressed same but you can't see her face she's been filmed from underneath.
