i love this movie and this scene. Years before this my dance instructor thought it would be fun to have an upbeat, different ballet, and we had a ball doing it. It was nothing like this, we sure didn't dance to jamariqaui lol, but it was fun all the same. If I were still a dance teacher I'd love to choreograph something like this!

i definitely agree that her hip hop was pretty good, but her ballet was kinda horrible. i was cringing watching it. the annoying thing is people who don't know ballet, don't know what's good and what's not, so they see that and they think its good dancing. i like how center stage one had real dancers and now just actors. i hate when movies have actors try and dance. like i thought the movie ballet shoes was good, but the dancer in it was supposed to be amazing in the movie, but she wasn't at all
