do u have to be in high school to do the relay cause i want to do it and im in the school district but im in elemtary can i still do it??

THis seems very similar to the 2008 Relay for Life, only this wasn't interrupted by a crazy thunderstorm that downed polls and made us go home after the luminaries during the day!
