Total crap. What the hell good (or FUN) is a 6-round burst?? I want to depress that trigger all the way down to where the pedal meets the metal and not let go of it until I emptied an entire magazine of about 6,000 BB's in one minute, with one burst-squeeze.

@dll1958 is correct. @switchingtomac A full auto gun firearm or bb gun is whenever you pull back the cocking mechanism to load it, and only have to depress the trigger once and hold it, allowing the gun to fire till the magazine is out of ammunition. Shooting bursts is still not a automatic function because you still have to depress the trigger one time to fire a single burst. Now some automatics have the burst fire option but since this only has the burst, its not fully automatic.

@Skyde67 There is a wheel inside this gun that can be removed making it true full auto if that is what you are looking for. Personally I prefer the burst in CO2 guns as true full auto uses up a lot more CO2.

@switchingtomac yes full auto will use a lot more CO2 its not nearly as efficient as a semi auto or burst although I'm sure burst isn't as efficient as semi auto either. I'm sure that burst uses a touch more then semi auto and a lot more at fully automatic. but if you were to "mod" this gun buy removing that wheel inside then it could be fully automatic but other than that its still technically a semi automatic because you have 1 trigger pull per shot/ burst. still a cool gun tho. :)

Has your O ring split on the tip of the cart. holder yet? I'm on my second one from PA. They replaced the whole gun but still its a lot of hassle. My second one just failed today. Both of these failed after less then 5 co2 cartridge swaps. I love it when its working. For $80 its perfect. But I don't have time for this O ring thing. I haven't read this whole channel but do you know anything about this...or a fix?

@switchingtomac I sent the Steel Storm back to Umarex and they sent me an EBOS at no extra charge! They were great about it. I'm afraid I'm having problems with the EBOS now though. The 88g co2 cartridges are a little expensive and I can't get a tight enough seal and if you don't shoot it up you loose it in a day. Also the safety is also the on switch and if you leave it in the "on" position you'll have 6 dead batteries the next day. Also the first 3 bbs roll out the barrel of 8 round burst.

@switchingtomac lol I know it...no luck at all. Umarex was so cool about it I hate to dis them. I've noticed the EBOS , mine anyway, won't shoot if the gun is tipped down. And yes I've been using pell oil. In my work I use a small nitrogen bottle and was thinking that before this gun gets the best of me I'm going to tear it apart and hard pipe to it. Can you tell me what my regulator needs to be set at? Whats the best machine pistol/gun as far as fps and rps of all the guns you've shot? Thanks!

@THEBUNNYNUKEDUS What are you comparing the EBOS too, The Steel Storm or the Drozd? Steel Storm does not use batteries but the Drozd does. Drozd actually get's pretty close to the same fps as the EBOS and can go much higher with mods. Some people have them shooting up in the 800+fps.

@njmvermont You must have noticed the batteries that go in it to activate the solenoid that makes the gun fire, yes it uses CO2 for propulsion but the action is controlled by voltage. The Steel Storm is completely all CO2 driven with a mechanical trigger, not an electric trigger switch.

@Amaz525 Not really, very different gun, the Steel Storm is true blowback unlike the Drozd which is electric activated. The Umarex EBOS is a lot more like the Drozd.
