you can take a screen shot from the video by pressing the "PrtScn" (print screen) key on your keyboard and then open Microsoft Paint and select Edit -> Paste from the menubar.
in MS Paint, select the part of the screen shot that is the painting and drag it to the upper-left corner of the screen shot.
then get rid of everything in the screen shot that is not in the painting, by moving the margin control located at the bottom right of the screen shot.

then, save the screen shot to your desktop, setting the file type as ".jpg".
then open Google and click on the Images tab.
then click on the little camera icon in the search box.
then click on the link, "upload an image".
then click the Browse button.
then select your screen shot file, that is located on your desktop.
Google will then perform an image search using your screen shot.

you can determine the name of the painting in your screen shot by examinating Google's search results.

i just performed the steps i provided and determined that the painting is named "Adoration of the Magi" and the artist is named "Sebastiano Ricci".
