Yes, the legendary voice actor Frank Welker, most famous for voicing Megatron in Transformers, as well as Soundwave, Rumble, etc. He was also Dr. Claw in Inspector Gadget. He also voiced 'Slimer' in 'Slimer and the Real Ghostbusters'.

I saw IG when I was a kid.

I always rooted for Doctor Claw.

I always hoped that maybe THIS would be the episode where he kills Gadget.

Gadget had no charisma whatsoever, and was a complete moron.

Brain was slightly less annoying.

Penny seemed to be about the only one with any brains on the show (no pun intended).

I really liked Dr. Claw's cat, though.

The PKE meter changes design quite strikingly in this episode...it goes from a digital readout to having a needle...odd. The animation is more loose and rubbery here, esp. with the Junior Bear-esque ghost...and that's Frank Welker doing triple duty as Ray, Slimer, and Baby Ghost (using the nasally dumb voice he would later employ for Ralph the studio guard on TTA and A!)

YAAAY I loved Lorenzo Music's laaazy voice. I haven't seen this show in like 20 years! I used to watch it for the simple reason for that I was interested in what that "thing" was that was going on between Janine and Egon....even as a kid. LOL. Yeah. I love Lorenzo's soft, dopey Peter voice. Nobody else compares. Yes, although I watched RGB for everything about it, my favourite thing was the Janine & Egon romance. I'll grant you that one. It was never explained how Stay Puft got there. They did it mainly to tie in with the movies, seeing as how popular a character Mr. Stay Puft is. There is a fanfic I read once that helps shed light on the mystery though.

cuthulu was written by hp lovecraft as awork of fiction. but the realism that the late 1980's and 1990's cartoons had a realistic drawing #1. #2 the action in those toons are more beliveable just by the basic physics and plosable genetics involved (ie the spliceing in gargoyles it's possable but not to that scale yet but possable via retrovirusses ecx.) but honestly anime dosenot have any legacy nor would any one truly miss it if the old toon style was brought back. ya know?
