This is just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cool.... I think. lol It sort of reminds me of EMDR with the voices moving back and forth from one ear to the other.  I kept trying to block out the softer voice because it was starting to sound just a little too wrong... but I kept being drawn right back into that voice. I found myself listening closer and closer, almost waiting to hear something that would make me think it was time to turn it off. lol How can I hear the entire video?

As far as trances go, that's complete BS. Trances don't REALLY exist. Hypnosis is just guided relaxation, in my opinion.

That said, this video is good for that kind of relaxation.

When I listened to this, over the course of it my head dropped slowly until the point where he said you'll feel the relaxation maybe your eyes are shifting, and my head drooped quite suddenly and I don't remember anything until the audio stopped. I feel great now! Truly relaxing

this audio ( i downloaded it) works really well for me personally. U aren't supposed to pay attention to either voice ur supposed to just let ur mind drift and let ur subconscious do the listening for you. I go into a deep trance everytime i listen to this.

The idea is to speak in a very low, deep voice while the other speaker uses a softer voice, to create a calming contrast. The trick is not to think about it too consciously.
