My husband is in the Army and was overseas from 08-09 and thankfully came home safely. Had he not I would have never met him. Thankfully he hasn't had to go to fight since then but he still serves our country here in his job every single day. Now we have been married for 10 months and are expecting our first baby due in June! (:
yeah well actually .. you dont just shoot gunsbin the army ! thats not all you do , infact i live in new zealand ! and the army does a whole heap of things like for example when christchurch had that major earthquake they went down to help them and to re build things !!!

A few hours ago I found out my best friend and crush wants to join the army. He has to Monday to make his final decision, then it's an interview and then basic training starts....I'm so scared something will happen to him
so my crush wants to be a photographer but 5 of my closest dude-friends want to join the army and mariens i'm so scared even though we're in 6th grade they have the determination and intergrety to make one but i'm just scared that maybe one day maybe i might have to go to one of thier funerals because they were killed at work I know a lot of people wouldn't be thinking of that at this age but still i face the facts i look at what might happen it's scary it really is i sorry i get baybish somtim

my bro is im the marines (washington) my cousin is is the marines (okwinawa) and my other cousin is in the marines (afghanastan) and my uncle used 2 be in the air force im gonna be a marine some day

This song is amazing, it makes you really think about how people in the army died for us to have a better life, and for those who have lost their love ones in war, they have blessed our country they were very brave, I know that they were scared but they got all their courage to go to war the soldiers are truly amazing, and they died doing a very noble thing, I thank all the soldiers that went to war for us even though I don't know them I will still bow my head and pray for them.

My fiance is in the army. Im proud of what our men and women do. My fiance tells me to never thank them cause someone has to do it and they are proud to be fighting for their country.

@dakotanatash my history teachers husband was in the marines i believe and she said that he gets upset when people thank him, because he doesnt want to remember fighting over there. all the horrible things hes seen. he doesnt want to remember. but, i am grateful to the men and women who die for the freedom of this country.

my aunt and grandpa were both in the army and my good friends step dad is and when i hear this song i just feel so luckey tht i know ppl who have\ are serving and hopw greatful i am!

my birth mom and dad were soldiers and i never see them but i love them with all of my heart and i charish the doll that my birth mom gave me, the doll is in an army uniform. god bless america. god hates war

My older brother who is my bestfriend is leaving on August 22. I don't want him to leave even though it's only for basic. I wish i can backtrack and have my bestfriend just a while longer. But i know he'll make me proud.

i cried never going to hold a hand of a nother guy to young when they told her waiting for the love o the travling solder our will never end waiting for the soilder to come back again :) i put a smily face knowing that we are being protected by people who love us. To the people who have lost loved ones know that they did it for the country, i dont have anyine in the war, but i do have fellow amarican who care. I am 12 and i want people to know you are loved:)

Wow.....This song reminds me of my bf and his friend. But they are soldiers but my bf's buddy is deploying soon and is going to training for 3 months and then going to Afghanistan for 2 years. And he will be the one that walks around, the ones who can get shot easily. I pray for all the soldiers...The sad thing is my best friend and him like each other. I pray for you guys:)
