  • @bakabakamaka1 if you want a good exercise.... as hard as this may believe.... this is a great workout. id do more reps though.... and i find this channel very useful. but search 5 minute abs with couch.... it sounds bad but it works.

    Just joined the Gym, This Exercise seems exactly what I need, Going To try it for a few weeks, will keep updated

    Do I have to have little or no fat around my midriff for this exercise to work????

  • no. amount of fat around the midriff doesnt matter!

Nice dude! thanks for this, I've been trying to find some other method instead the ol' school type of bodybuilding ab training, was thinking maybe adopting a more sports type of approach to abs training. This seems to suit just fine, I'm gonna try this out. How many sets though? I was thinking 5, and then finish off with some bridge exercises.
