I remember watching this show everyday as a kid and thinking it was really funny. Of course I'd later see the Marshall episodes on GSN and they were a LOT funnier than Davidson's version although both were good.

the horn meant that time was running out for the game and also mean that it was the last question of the game for that show before the winner tried to win a brand new car

yep end of the game and was the last question played before playing for one of those 5 cars as you'll see in part 5.
