My little sister is 11 almost 12. She wants to do these moves ( gymnastic stuff ). But she is not that flexible. All she can do is a back bend, but with someone holding her. And shes not that big of a risk taker, (thats why she wont sign up for gymnastics, because she doesnt want to have to do something she doesnt want to.) What do you think she should do?
