  • Funny that sequence sync problem at 3:03 Good song !!!

  • High quality version here /watch?v=XqTHMUkE8dw&feature=relmfu

  • Try acid, you might like it!

  • Don't take acid kids. From someone who has done it, I wouldn't recommend it.

  • @JTNugget lsd is something you cant recommend nor dismiss. only if one is seeking an understanding deeper than that of which ordinary reality can deliver, would i recommend experiencing lsd, its not for the faint hearted. ...and im not talking about this weak, cut with DOB, sorry excuse for lsd either. im talkin pure clean crystaline lsd. once you enter the God-head and your ego dies and you are reborn as a devine entity will you understand

  • @EPIK562

psilocybin mushrooms ain't so bad either...approach them with the same sort of respect

  • @alliant respect man.

  • Dads a LSD kid..

  • i found this CD randomly on my fathers desk somehow,

put it in my computer for lols

& wow i'm quite impressed, unlike anything i've ever heard.

with a headset this leaves a great mark in ur mind

  • @simionTheOne your dad is a sick cunt.

  • @simionTheOne Your dad is bad ass.

  • @simionTheOne You have a REALLY cool dad. :)

  • this song always reminded me of falling down some sort of never-ending tunnel

  • He, Windows Media effects xD

  • Class :)

  • ~ great ~

  • 4:26...

  • This tune was playing in my head the first time I had a sleep deprivation (stayed up too long on speed) induced psychotic episode so the fact it reminds me of that night makes this song 1000 times trippier. This is the shamans tune.

  • cool likeness to digeridoo and isopropanol

  • FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKKKKKKKKKKKKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG INCRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDDIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • @Sikabo huh?

  • MASTERPIECE

  • 1:41 holy fuck.

  • cUBE dESTINATION

  • i love AFX but one thing i hate is when he sloppily fucks around with cutoff freq and resonance in like every song, just sounds kinda off to me

  • @Chrispoirier the dj deep inside him does it....

  • @Chrispoirier you ever take acid? everything is kinda off lol

  • @88douchebag

    You sound pretty high...

  • This music sounds like work materials in a Montessori school...Tangrams...Tower of Hanoi...

  • holhy sHIT i havent heard this in FOREVER

  • its like a freaky funhouse sceniro

  • Aphex Twin Rules!

  • I remember this from the early-mid 90s...its not just him, it's Dr. Alex Patterson from the Orb too, hence the name Polygon Window, NOT Aphex Twin ;-)

  • @casmoviesandmusic ...lol

  • @casmoviesandmusic

Am I missing something what do you mean about alex patterson got to do with this track !

  • @MrROLY1973 , no you're not...just checked my facts on Wikipaedia...I was mistaken...faulty memory syndrome...sorry ;-)

  • yeah, really nice track, sounds really good. For more good electronic music you can check my page and have a listen if you feel like it, have a great day : )

  • great haluzzz song :D

  • This track is the best with some decent quality in ear phones and then just push and hold them in whilst just dancing about... on a nang (nitrious)

  • Intro reminds me of Psychoacoustic's - "Wot are we" Great fucking tune. AFX forever

  • His best work is hypnotic, secure, frightening and oddly calm.

In the future, human life will be "nasty, brutish, and short".

  • this man knows whats good for my ears, true consistency

  • Can't stop praising Aphex (Richard) and how brilliant this is. After decades I still feel this. It is far more superior than any present day techno (it isn't even techno, more classical). I don't say this because I think all music from the past is better (I dont think so) but because his music is timeless, mind boggling and a changer of state of mind. Aphex Twin FTW.

  • @jinandjuic My sentiments exactly.

  • @jinandjuic TLDNL,,,

  • Loved this track and album in the early-mid 1990's and it still rocks today....

  • This is how I will create a magnetic borealis in the ocean. In four quadrant math. The last airbender never saw Cancún.

  • Should be the soundtrack for Safestyle UK adverts... you buy one..... you get one free... with trippy lights behind the guy who already looks like he's on drugs. Half the cost.

  • @gecko2gecko2 Lol yeh he does behave a bit like he had an 8th of speed in his coffee or some shit.

  • Should be the soundtrack for Safestyle UK... you but one..... you get one free... with trippy lights behind the guy who already looks he's on drugs. Half the cost.

  • Polygon Window is perhaps the most underrated of all RDJ albums, although this is the version from Artificial Intelligence recorded as Aphex Twin right?

  • One of the first Aphex Twin songs I heard back in the day (Come To Daddy and Windowlicker came before this, of course), and to this day, I still love it as much as the first time.

  • @PoisonInc Nah, this came out years before Come To Daddy and Windowlicker.

It is a great tune though, in fact the whole Polygon Window is ace. Listen to Quoth :)

  • I've been listening to Aphex Twin for years, all his stuff and I've just now started listening to Polygon Window. I just wasn't ready for it it till now.

  • Fucking EPIC!

  • je moeder is traag! dit nummer is strak ouwe!

  • the synths in 1:40 reminds me on Isopropanol

  • yep, timeless, deep, and gets the rogue synapses moving, like the strawberries, remember it hazily on micro-dots....cheers for the upload.

  • I don't understand your kind of poetry

  • @trogdorfiend he means LSD

  • BTW thought this was recorded under the name Dice Man? ... small point...

  • 1992, Banks of Loch Lomond listening to my London mate's Kiss FM Colin Faver tape (Cheers Kirk) ripped on Strawberries wishing there were 100 more tunes like this. Nearly 20 years later it's still a top drawer track. Timeless indeed! (even when not on strawberries)

  • i've been heard this at once of those alexander mcqueen fashion shows

  • Have a mint numbered lp #006 on clear vinyl, always loved it and i'll be playing it in the nursing home one day....

    Timeless.

  • what??

  • Somewhere in the dark and nasty regions, where nobody goes.... (my Mum's house) there's an old tape carousel with some very dusty tapes from when I used to record John Peel while I went out getting hammered.... I daren't play them, well I can't play them now, but somewhere on them is this and Mescalium United. Has it aged?

  • @madandy007 i got a few of them tapes too & some kiss100 oldies somewhere..........good memories of getting caned in south bucks with richkidss

  • haha love the trapdoor intro dude!

  • Nope!

  • OMG

  • lol... This is winamp v.1 recorded with something like a Pentium 3.....

  • For visualizations we really need bouncing boobies, long blonde hair and black men with ripped bodies.

  • Haha, true...

  • this is cool on headphones the only part is half of his clips that r made are shit ignore the crap in front of you the screen and listen more appeased i reackon guys check out severed heads or snog not so much music is cool but the clips check them out they would work great with chris work thats it if not shut your eyes and conjure up flashes great stuff

  • Why?

  • lets see if you can make music like him. man stop hatin

  • dude i dunno what i posted here or w/e but actually im a major Aphex fan xD anyone remmember what i said? :S

  • fuck who ever in down thumbing aphex is pretty sick up thumb me nigga lol

  • @WrathofBong420 nah chill man those people are simply saying...'dis i like'!

  • aphex jest kozakiem

  • Some guy who likely hates Aphex Twin is down rating people, or getting people and himself to down rate them; Other than that it's likely some poseur elitist jerk.

  • Richard D James, AKA Polygon Window, Bradley Strider, GAK, AFX, Aphex Twin, Caustic Window, DJ Smojphace, Universal Indicator, Analord and more...

  • Yeah, this tune has an abundance of life.

  • Wasnt the name "polygon window" also one of the names he gave himself? I am probubly mistaken though, so if I am wrong just let me know.

  • yes you're right

    polygon window was another og

    his names

  • indeed, i believe this is the first track on the first album he released as polygon window

  • I think you're right. If I'm not mistaken myself, that's the alias he used when he released the "Surfing on Sine Waves" album from '93

  • love the complexity -- genius

  • Such a surreal, atmospheric little piece.

  • God rest your merry soul, old friend. :-)

  • I love the scary synths

  • WOOP WOOP WOOP WOOP

  • I am sure that while wasted and searching through my mates record collection several years ago, I came across an Aphex track compiled totally of laughter. Is it true or did I dream it? If so, what is it called?

  • its true its one of the b-sides from the ventolin EP - but there are two EP's one has all remixes by other people on the b-sides the one you want is the other version with all b-sides by aphex

  • Cheers mate, I knew I wasn't dreaming!

  • ventolin - praze-an-beeble mix

  • you might also check dont laugh by josh wink

  • I'm not so sure the Ventolin track is the one you're looking for... theres only a load of laughing at the end of it... and its more of a sample rather than a song.

Check out track 9 on Analogue Bubblbath 3, that songs made of laughter and win :)
