Nathan want's to make sushi but has to lean how to make rice the proper way and then how to cut the fish.
He has some serious problems with the technique and at the end loses a test against a 6 year trainee by putting way to much 'wasabi' on his sushi.
Kind'a fun.
This is how a gaijin get stereo-typed on TV sometimes here in Japan. Most of us don't mind and I hear there is a pretty penny to it...

Much like how Asians on American TV get stereotyped the same way. Not that I can recall seeing Asians on American TV.
But yeah, the rare times they are shown in movies portrays their stereotypes to Americans.
