when i put the eyeshadow on top of my liner, about 2 hrs later little dots of black eyeshadow fall all over my face, and when i try to sweep them off the all smudge and it makes me panic more because my face looks dirty and ruins my whole makeup look! seeing as you do it all the time! how can i stop that kandee? xxx

Hey use a cream liner, they stay put petter and if you take a brush and lightly dab it with powder it won't move at all. I like loreal cream liner they come in these little pots.
