I have this one and Creepshow, I like the animated part with the Venus fly traps, other than that I own it on DVD, I used to have it on VHS, when I was younger I liked horror movies and this came up as my all time favorite ones. I felt bad that the lady did a hit and run on the black guy and in the end he choked her. :)
can anyone tell me who this voice over guy is? i don't think its don lafontaine. alot of late 70's and 80's horror trailers seem to feature this guy(especially on some of the boderline B-movies)but i can't seem to find him! there might be more than one... archaic props to anyone who can answer this question!
My aunt, my uncle and my older cousin were watching this when we were there for a visit when I was 5 or smth. My parents didn´t really pay attention to what was running on the tv but I watched it with my uncle and my older cousin. And the scene with the lady in the car who gets killed by the guy in the yellow jacket who is always coming back no matter what freaked me out for weeks! Always wanted to watch this again but didn´t know the movie.
The series 'V' is a fictional TV show that explains (revelation of method) what is really going on with the evil UFO creatures (real spirit Lucifer & spirit demon gods) on this earth. The John Carpenter movie 'THEY LIVE' is actually a docudrama that explained this fact about the UFO creatures 25 years ago, but most people care more about the foolish religion of sports than truth, freedom or saving their own lives! Yup it's me Poncho, from the raft, check out my Facebook Fan Page, Daniel Beer Public Figure, click on the like button, and check out never seen photos from the film and more cool stuff. Thanks. Look forward to hearing from you all.
This was the first horror movie I ever went to see in the theater by myself. I Had to carry a note from my parents because I was like 12 and half when it camed out and nobody was admited under 17.
I'm so glad I came upon this movie before I saw the trailer, because the trailer would've RUINED the lake part for me. I was NOT expecting that thing to jump OUT of the water!!! I liked this one more than the first one.
@moviedudeful Apparently, there were going to be two more stories added (One I think was about an evil cat, the other about a bowling team that comes back from the dead), but they got cut for budget reasons.
the guy who played the hitchhiker and was hanging on to the car in that movie was the same guy from the tales from the hood movie that was hangin on to speeding police car when he came back from the dead.
@ChocoSyrupOnMyAbs the guy at 0:49 had a couple of arrows shot through his chest. As for your other question the time didn't link correctly in your post but if you mean the guy with the long black hair at 0:35, he says "They gotta make me a movie star". Hope this helps! :)
I remember the one with the blob in the lake and the statue that comes alive. the main ghost guy reminded me of of the crypt keeper. Still I loved this show !
Such a great movie. I think this trailer decieves you though because it makes the Indian statue look like a bad guy when actually it's killing off a gang that killed this old couple. I must admit though that the best story is "The Raft" :-)
I don't know which story I like more. I think I like the Raft. But the hitch- Hiker was so weird and funny. He says, "Thanks for the ride, lady" yet you are strangling her through the Sunroof top? lol
I' m italian, And I' m proud of watching, this fantastic Horror film, I' m sorry this film doesen' t have blockbuster.....easily fantastic CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST! CREEPSHOW THE BEST!
The raft and old chief woodenhead. The raft ends with the sludge leaping on to the land as you saw and ol chief w kills sam (the scene where you see the indian pulling the guy through the wall). It's like a a star wars trailer with Darth announcing that he's Luke's father... defeats the purpose.
same thing with me and quarrys. Ever since I watched Friday the 13th (my favorite horror movie series of all time) I've been afraid to go that deep in one because I'm afraid someone will drag me down, and the one I go to in MA is HUGE
I agree, "The Raft" was the best tale. As a kid, I thought it was an angry giant clam from the previews!!
In Stephen King's book version, the youths were jamming to The Ramones in the car. Which is cool because The Ramones would later do the theme song for Stephen King's "Pet Sematary". It's an awesome song, and I'd been a fan of The Ramones ever since. Sadly, most members of the band have passed on.

Really? Let's see here...Reagan (unfortunetly) got re-elected. We also got the tragic Challenger and Chernobyl disasters.
As for horror movies, there was A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET, FRIGHT NIGHT and THE FLY.

Is there anyway of contacting Stephen King and ask what is the hold up for the "supposed new Creepshow" supposed to come in 2008 now 2011.
ToroRosso20 2 years ago
Creepshow 3 came out awhile back and part 4 is in the works but Stephen has nothing to do with the series anymore.
