I hope they won't allow backhandspring and saltos and stuff like that cause that would really ruin it. I mean they are impressive but for sure not elegant. maybe they will introduce a new apparatus?

i liked it but they were like contortionists lol... they scare me! anyway good job i am an artistic gymnast and i am the least flexible at my gym! but i do have power and a lot my bff tho is like really flexible and my coaches say if they put us together wed be the perfect artistic gymnast! she is more like nastia luikin and i am like shawn johnson which is good cuz she like nastia more and i like shawn more anyway good vid and i hope they dont change anything else it too hard to keep up w/!!!

i do artistic gymnastics and i LOVE to watch rhythmic. its so gracefull. when i was little i wanted to do rhythmic gymnastics SO bad but there was no place around where i lived so i coudnt :( im one of those gymnasts that is verry flexible and i think i would have ben doing rhythmic right now if there was somewhere to practice!

oh and i think that there will be much more harder things because starting next year... the side pramenade isnt going to be counted as a dificulty anymore.. so yah

REALLY? why? I am horrible at ring promenade and the side one I am good at....I wonder what I will do now.

welll i think that it wont be counted but im not too sure... but next year its gonna be horrible cuse you know when you do the roll thing in the split on the ground.. yeha thats gonna be worth so much next year. the difficulties are going up. the artistic is going down or something like that

ok a side promenade is just where you grab your heel and pull it up,, you know.. so its not like a split, but hips not squared... hope that helps :P lol........ and the promenades, yyou'll still be able to do them but i dont think theyll be worth as much
