A tip from me too you, if your trying revive a small tiny fish that is very easily harmed specially if frozen cause you can snap something very easily, just grab them by their tail, move them GENTLY back and forth in the water as they are unfreezing, and try open the mouth and the gills behind their eyes, just be very carefull they are easily harmed, when you have done this they should revive, unless they got harmed while beeing frozen
