shanghai's the best city there is... at night its so lively... theres always people everywhere... and actually i would say shanghai is one of the cleanest cities... and unlike newyork and other cities where violence, murder and so many thugs are, shanghai is totally opposite... its really safe and 7-9 year old kids walk home from whereever without worrying about being kidnapped... and its so modern... i love the 5:00,6:00 mornings when there are people crowded at parks taichi and singing/dancing

well, shanghai is indeed a very safe city, but i wouldn't say that it is clean. in comparison with other chinese cities of course shanghai is clean, but i've seen many cleaner cities.
