  • yes every time i do these my sholder pops out of place

  • i like this exercise, i've put some mass on my triceps

  • You should never lock your elbow, bad for the joint

  • this guy is very helpful :D

  • Keep pressing 6

  • poor video... f*ckin poor video

  • 00:01

  • How can I exercise the tricep muscles without using any weights? Like when you want to exercise the bicep muscles, you can do push-ups.

  • @iSpeakKonglish You do dips.

  • @Brooklynmario Ahh thanks so much.

  • @iSpeakKonglish doing pushups can also workout your triceps, chest biceps, forearms. etc, it's an all around upper body workout

  • @Alakachamp Really? I have more bicep than tricep on my arms though.

  • You stupid weak cunt u havnt even got muscle u fail fuck off and stop teaching people wrong techniques

  • @cameroncocup wth is wrong with u?get a life

  • this is good exercise.. it helps the triceps

but dude...... ur holding the dumbell wrong.... ur wrist is down, it should be straight and the dumbell shud go in circular motion not up n down....

  • @mohamadalikazi wen u do thid do u use ure bicep muscle to cum up

  • this is really hard to control

  • if you want a real good pump and muscle growth for the Triceps Try this :

Lying triceps extension behind the head

    Dips to failure

it works really well for me

  • chrisoeo what a dumbass question..

  • Is it better to do a single arm extension, rather than doing both arms using one dumbbell? I used to do both arms. Never worked for me.

Now I'm trying kickbacks and I can see results clearly. Seriously recommend it when it comes to triceps!

  • the reason why you think your arms are shrinking is because just like you said " i work them out 5 times a week" you are overworking out your biceps. your causing your muscles to overload and it cant repair itself intime therefore your arms will not get bigger because your not giving it enough time to heal.

  • That Would Be The Same With Any Other Workout Aswell Not Just Ur Triceps How About Ur Abs same Thing?

  • @vudu988 i kinda agree to you and i follow the week 1 of getwow website.

in mens health magazine they said that just workout every other day in order for the muscles to rest and heal. if not, you can get injured in the long term process. in the healing process, that is where your muscles becomes stronger

  • I am weightlifting and generally training for more than a year but the last 2 months i think that my biceps got a little smaller. I don't know if thats just my imagination or somethin but i think that they got a little smaller. Is that possible? I am training them 5 times a week and i havent reduced any weight or reps. (Instead of that i was increasing both of them during the year. I am 16 and i am lifting 20 kg per hand). Any suggestions?

  • if u work out the muscle in ur arms or any other parts of ur body, u got to give time 4 it to heal. i fell into the same trap when i was ur age, i didn't noe over training will reduce size of ur muscles. now 4 the past yr nd abit. i work out every body part once a week nd i can see results now. 5 times times a week is certainly overtraining it

  • Is it ok to do bicep and tricep exercises the same day?

  • Yeah theres no problem

  • my elbow pops when i do this, whats going on?

and no im not doing them wrong.

  • its just the way your joints are.not a big issue, though it is uncomfortable trust me i have the problem with my shoulders/delts. i usually stretch the area and im good to go.

  • ok, thx much

  • i have to disagree with diataryfiber. In fact I am against that whole exercise. This is not a good position for the shoulder, and especially when adding weights to it, it is very very easy to get injured.

There are other tricep exercises that are a lot better and a lot safer... e.g. narrow push ups, make sure your elbows are tight to your body at all times. and do them slowly

  • i have to agree haha i don't even like this exercise myself, i was just on the point about the joints.since i have the same problem doing my deltoid flys

  • Agree, this is a "poormans" workout, and if not done correctly you can cause alot of damage, especially to your rotary cuff. Skullcrushers are a much better exercise as well, but always have a spotter.

  • to the roof? or cieling stupid ass!!???

  • is this susposed 2 hurt ur elbows?

  • nothing should hurt.

if any exercise hurts, you're either doing it wrong, or you've got too much weight going on.

  • it should only burn the mucle

  • i thought this was for glutes

  • i suck doing this so i do the 2 hand overhead dumbbell extension

  • i can never get my elbow pointing vertical to the ceiling.

  • hold your elbow with the other hand, so itll point the ceiling

  • i dont like this guy i cant take him serious ha. on a diff note, I do this with one weight and both hands and lift it straight up, good? or bad?

  • doing one is okay. doing two takes more time but requires more work from each arm (stabilization etc.) so you would get a better result by doing each tri individually.

  • longfre its not the size of the dog in the fight its the size of the fight in the dog fuck wit.

  • it's not the size of the nutsack of the dog, it could have one nut for all you know, it's the size of the dick that counts.

  • hey am doin dis 4 3weeks it really works

  • not suprising, it is one of the best mate.

  • can u do this workout with one dumbell but with 2 arms also?

  • Yes you can.

  • k ty

  • Holy shit your fast!

  • wtf??

  • obvioulsy your a homo since you can tell he is. So im guessing you like balls in your face.

  • have fun with that.

  • is the arm really supposed to be straight up like that? i heard a 45 degree angle was best for hitting the long head.

  • no its one of the few workouts that your arm needs to extend all the way

  • this guy is seriously deezed. lol.

  • ok i need to lower mine i just tryed what i norley do 30kg and naly borke my arm lol

  • how much should the weight be?? as my arms are a bit flabby, and i have recently started realizing the need of excercie in my life and i HAVE to squeeze some workout time in my bz life. But i wanna do the bes and most effective ones . awaiting reply. thnx

  • to be honest no one can tell you what weight is best for you. you need to start with light weight and continue to increase that weight until you find a comfortable weight that isnt easy to do, but isn't impossible to do with good form. The best would be the weight that allows you to do 10-15 repititions with the last 4 or 5 reps being difficult to do , or 'burn' to do.

    hope that helps

  • is this guy retarted ?

  • @niggernube naah he's just verry special

  • @niggernube Says the guy who can't spell retarded.

  • @np42297 Oh dude you are awesome for that. Im sending you a friend request for that dude.... and your gonna think Im retarded arent you?

  • @niggernube have you tried to concentrate on doing an exercise correctly while explaining something? It's hard. Awkward pauses, hello. And he's probably camera shy! He's perfectly normal >:l

  • my mom has more muscles than you

  • Jimbo is right, but there are different methods of weightlifting. In general, a person is not suppose to "pause" (lock-out) during movement. F@!#$@g noobs. Slit your throats.

  • Amen, but dont pause at the end of the slit.

  • Nope you are wrong.

  • Nope, YOU are wrong.

  • you rock thnx
