@MrZacharyElliott it really has been proven that music, or relaxing sounds, or voices do help people recover quicker! People in comas even can hear and feel the music or sounds/words & it penetrates the brain & helps cellular recovery! I'm the geek of the day...hangs head...lol...AND what relaxes one, doesn't another, you are "pre-dispositioned to your 'likes'" most recently my brother was in a coma & heavy metal music literally saved his life. That being said, I'm not sure if it's the new microphone or what, but it sounds like it's picking up too much, as I hear these weird swallowing/salivating sounds that I never noticed in your other videos. Those people that threaten physical harm on you are just trolls who think they are tough but if you were to pinch them they would cry and run away. Still, best not to risk anything because as it is the internet, some people on here might be crazy, and not good crazy either. But if you ignore them, they go away and try to harass someone else who will ignore them too till they have to resort to looking in the mirror and harass themselves and then implode.
By the way, your new microphone sound is really clear and nice, but i must say i needed to put my volum to the max to hear you well. So maybe it's a bit low (or it's me :).

I have huge sleep anxiety. Like I cant sleep, like sometimes, I cant even get to sleep to yours. I cant really sleep even if I am exhausted. At least, at first anywya. I can lay down and try to relax for at least 2 hours and I am jsut starting toi doze off. Granted, i go to bed about 1 2 am but still, you know what I am saying?

thanks so much for doing these video's!...in regards to your mic set up..do you have a small mixer with phantom power?...have a look at different pre-amps,look into tube pre-amps & acoustic pre-amps..be mindful about the sonic picture you want & research along those lines.also,a good compressor & EQ would give you the control of your sound pallet your after.your kindness & caring nature is a very becoming personal trait in world full of selfishness..thanks again!
@omly85 Thank you for all the advice! I am using Blue Yeti. Even though it's a condenser mic, it's still a USB microphone so I do not think I need pre-amps for it? Or is there anything more I can get to improve the sound. I heard that getting Microphone Isolation Panel with studio foam would help. Would you recommend that? @WhisperCrystal...oh ok..hmmm..well my knowledge of these isn't great but i'll share what i know...you are totally correct about pre-amps as it is power by your USB connect.it being by what i assume is a tri-array condenser which means there is a muti-pattern concentric knob on it some where,the patterns usually are:stereo,cardioid,omni & bi-directional..experiment with all..but i think the one your after is cardioid,as it the same used for voice overs.look for a gain knob too boost your signal

For real, I far prefer your soft-spoken videos, thanks for continuing to do them! Whispers are difficult to hear, and straining to catch someone's words while you try to fall asleep is not relaxing at all. I really love your soft-spoken videos.
You do great whispers, yes, but in general I dislike whispers because so many people don't boost the audio levels or do anything about the awful puffs of air from aspirated consonants.

And a word of advice for being here in America....The more south you go, the nicer people are. I live in Ohio and people are miserable and incredibly rude here. According to what I hear, it is the same across the entire north. Florida, Texas, Alabama, Georgia and California are well known for their deep beauty, rich history and wonderful people :)
@PrettyFreakinWise I actually was in Ohio last year, but I didn't see much of the city, I was there for an Indycar race at the Mid-Ohio race track :) I didn't have any bad experiences with rudeness of the people yet, and I hope I don't but so far, people seem pretty friendly and warm :) We are hoping to visit Florida sometime too, the south areas sounds very beautiful so really looking forward to seeing more of US. @lllMephisto Thanks so much my dear :) I miss Europe too, but I'm sure I will be back often. My parents were crazy yes ;) The best way to describe why we moved... My dad was basically like the Bruce Wills character from Armageddon movie heh. He was relocated to the far corners of the world to manage oil production and engineering. He was sent to jungles, deserts, far east, oil rigs in middle of the ocean etc, and along we went too. He would've probably gone to the moon too, if they asked lol.
I honestly feel that you are the best at what you do, even among those you recommend. I am a cancer survivor and suffer from chronic nerve pain in my cerebral cortex and teeth. You, with the aid of cannabis for pain, have given me many nights of sleep when I would have otherwise been an insomniac zombie with an addiction to prescription opioids. Please do not stop making Soft Spoken videos, they are byyyy farrrrr your best videos. Much easier to hear you, your accent shines in those videos, and I've found them just to be so much more descriptive and relaxing to listen to. But that's just me.

I have huge sleep anxiety. Like I cant sleep, like sometimes, I cant even get to sleep to yours. I cant really sleep even if I am exhausted. At least, at first anywya. I can lay down and try to relax for at least 2 hours and I am jsut starting toi doze off. Granted, i go to bed about 1 2 am but still, you know what I am saying?

Before, I wanted to see your face mostly because I'm just a curious person. (It's gotten me into trouble :) ) Now I feel that it would be best not to, because we all see your face differently in our head, depending on how we interpret your voice. Even if you're the most beautiful woman in the world, some would be disappointed and confused because they always imagined you differently. Keep people guessing. I don't want to sound like a pig, but it adds a little sexual tension too! Lol

We all definitely miss you when you are gone, but your videos are so great that I can listen to them over and over when there isn't anything new. Your new mic sounds fine to me. I love your whispers, but your soft speaking is my absolute favorite on youtube! I love the role plays and game reviews the most! You are the best! Thank you so much for all of the time and effort you put into your videos. I can't say enough good things :)

thanks so much for doing these video's!...in regards to your mic set up..do you have a small mixer with phantom power?...have a look at different pre-amps,look into tube pre-amps & acoustic pre-amps..be mindful about the sonic picture you want & research along those lines.also,a good compressor & EQ would give you the control of your sound pallet your after.your kindness & caring nature is a very becoming personal trait in world full of selfishness..thanks again!

@omly85 Thank you for all the advice! I am using Blue Yeti. Even though it's a condenser mic, it's still a USB microphone so I do not think I need pre-amps for it? Or is there anything more I can get to improve the sound. I heard that getting Microphone Isolation Panel with studio foam would help. Would you recommend that? @WhisperCrystal...oh ok..hmmm..well my knowledge of these isn't great but i'll share what i know...you are totally correct about pre-amps as it is power by your USB connect.it being by what i assume is a tri-array condenser which means there is a muti-pattern concentric knob on it some where,the patterns usually are:stereo,cardioid,omni & bi-directional..experiment with all..but i think the one your after is cardioid,as it the same used for voice overs.look for a gain knob too boost your signal

For real, I far prefer your soft-spoken videos, thanks for continuing to do them! Whispers are difficult to hear, and straining to catch someone's words while you try to fall asleep is not relaxing at all. I really love your soft-spoken videos.
You do great whispers, yes, but in general I dislike whispers because so many people don't boost the audio levels or do anything about the awful puffs of air from aspirated consonants.

And a word of advice for being here in America....The more south you go, the nicer people are. I live in Ohio and people are miserable and incredibly rude here. According to what I hear, it is the same across the entire north. Florida, Texas, Alabama, Georgia and California are well known for their deep beauty, rich history and wonderful people :)

@PrettyFreakinWise I actually was in Ohio last year, but I didn't see much of the city, I was there for an Indycar race at the Mid-Ohio race track :) I didn't have any bad experiences with rudeness of the people yet, and I hope I don't but so far, people seem pretty friendly and warm :) We are hoping to visit Florida sometime too, the south areas sounds very beautiful so really looking forward to seeing more of US. Thanks for the advice! :)

@lllMephisto Thanks so much my dear :) I miss Europe too, but I'm sure I will be back often. My parents were crazy yes ;) The best way to describe why we moved... My dad was basically like the Bruce Wills character from Armageddon movie heh. He was relocated to the far corners of the world to manage oil production and engineering. He was sent to jungles, deserts, far east, oil rigs in middle of the ocean etc, and along we went too. He would've probably gone to the moon too, if they asked lol.

I honestly feel that you are the best at what you do, even among those you recommend. I am a cancer survivor and suffer from chronic nerve pain in my cerebral cortex and teeth. You, with the aid of cannabis for pain, have given me many nights of sleep when I would have otherwise been an insomniac zombie with an addiction to prescription opioids. Please do not stop making Soft Spoken videos, they are byyyy farrrrr your best videos. Much easier to hear you, your accent shines in those videos, and I've found them just to be so much more descriptive and relaxing to listen to. But that's just me.
