The problem I have with this `explination` of why NASA is able to create huge weather clouds- sounds like a cover story and the fact that the `weather machine` is very similar in design to a rocket that could be launched- but why bother to attempt to `create` a launch or `test` rocket engines at HUGE expense no doubt, when you have a machine that could `in-affect` cause heavy rain and possible floods?

Maybe, but I've heard the same noise, and the closest site to me is roughly 600 miles. It was quiet loud, and the rumbling sensation, this does not quite explain that. One reason, the camera and BBC reporter are relatively stable at 200 yards or so from the machine. Just around the epicenter is always the same. Not to mention the sound just doesn't sound the same. More like a rotating whir of a motor, but much deeper, much louder.

It also says on their website that these tests produce rain clouds. HOWEVER, you wont hear them make that correlation in the same sentence- ever.

Engine tests are not newsworthy when competing with ridiculously overpublicized political processes, violent crimes and celebrity gawking. Some things can be explained. There are no mountains obstructing the sound . Depending on the weather conditions it seems quite plausible sound waves could be enhanced and travel farther.
This is great...explains some places where strange sounds occur....but,theres other strange sounds globally now that are completely unexplained as of yet....

Maybe, but I've heard the same noise, and the closest site to me is roughly 600 miles. It was quiet loud, and the rumbling sensation, this does not quite explain that. One reason, the camera and BBC reporter are relatively stable at 200 yards or so from the machine. Just around the epicenter is always the same. Not to mention the sound just doesn't sound the same. More like a rotating whir of a motor, but much deeper, much louder.

actually, the noise that is heard "everywhere around the world" is airplane engine testing. it's especially loud when in reverse thrust and can be heard for miles. they do audible testing because they can tell if an engine needs maintenance done by how it sounds using special equipment. they run these tests for hours. usually at night. and when it's overcast, the sound travels even farther. humidity tends to carry sounds further. just like how sound travels far underwater

It also says on their website that these tests produce rain clouds. HOWEVER, you wont hear them make that correlation in the same sentence- ever.

One other related point: This is quite possibly what that family was hearing as shown in the latter part of the video. Some things can be explained. There are no mountains obstructing the sound . Depending on the weather conditions it seems quite plausible sound waves could be enhanced and travel farther.
