It's because almost anyone can edit wikipedia... when it comes to the specific details in cartoons, they're usually not all that accurate because it's either misinformed fans, or fans that have no idea what they're saying...

I only trust and believe it to a certain degree... since the show didn't mention any of their ages, I try not to assume their ages too much...
