honestly, i have not gone "off plan" since i started 11 months ago. so its hard for me to say. However, i keep myself motivated by looking at how far i have come. i keep old pictures with me to look at. you have lost a large amount as well so just think about what you used to be like. were you happy? i know i wasnt. i dont ever want to be there again and i want to be healthy. i hope this helps you in some way :)

Basically yeah, i did join La Weight loss, but they are the ones that taught me how to eat a healthy balanced diet and i bought 98% all my own food from the grocery store. So yeah, thats all i did :)
