  • "And thats that"....LOVE IT!!!!

  • I like her red chiffon top and ornament in her hair!

  • she looks hella crazy

  • What's a "Gloguel Stage"? LOL @ her terms

  • @nealthedude "Globule." A small, lumpy mass.

  • And that's that...what HAS that woman doen to that poor tree?...and no matter that we know it's CHOUX paste, doesn't it just sound like it should be SHOE paste when uttered by The Cradock? I am pissing myself laughing...respectfully of course!

  • Its CHOUX PASTE!

  • "I had heard about the petit fours that we make now a days are not petit fours at all. Watching this video, makes it all clear now...they sure look yummi."

  • what is the name of the song at the start?

  • Mike Oldfield's 'In Dulci Jubilo' or something, it's great no?!

  • Shoe paste???!!! Sounds delicious lol.

  • ........or you could just buy a selection tin from the supermarket?

  • One other comment, if you cook a turkey plain (with just stuffing, or without stuffing) cook it breast side *down*. That one simple trick will absolutely change everything. It will make the breast SO juicy. You'll be amazed, I promise. You'll never have another dry turkey.

Do what she says, rub the bird with butter (or margarine) and pour a generous amount of turkey or chicken broth in the pan before you cook it. This is the single greatest trick to cooking a delish turkey.

  • Benny Hill did a good job of lampooning her, which actually brought her more fame. Say what you will about her, however she is a *damn* good cook. She is very frugal and did things quickly and easily before that was in vogue. Anyone can do the things she teaches and she did teach an entire generation or two how to cook well and with style.

Watch her vid here on how to prepare a turkey for Christmas. I'm telling you, it is AWESOME, I've done it. Hands down the best turkey *ever*.

  • LOL! I nearly had kittens?! LMAO!!!

  • I love me some BBC.

  • I'm going to have a go at making these (!!) hehe!
