  • Thanks for playing unplugged! I really wanted to hear how that sounded and now I'm sold! Must buy this guitar :D

  • Should be played at least twice as fast

  • nice

  • Very nice, thanks.

  • I got my AF75 last Friday as gift for graduating. It's a great guitar.

  • Nice phrasing. I like your style :)

  • Can it play metal..or is it really just for jazz?

  • @jamrocx IMMO, I think that this guitar is not suitable for metal. Jazz, blues, country, ... "soft" styles ;-)

  • @forodejazz what about ted nugent style stuff?

  • @jamrocx well it is only for jazz and some types of blues and country

  • really nice i love that bluzzy sound... seems like guitar isnt shit like most other ibanez

  • I have this guitar and the AF 85, my 75 has the tremelo which makes it a little more fun ;) You cant go wrong!

  • any1 kno wat happens if i put acoustic strings on my af75 ?

  • the guitar is incredibly loud unplugged which is a problem for me when I play with effects and trying not to bother people, because you can barely hear the effects

  • It's a double edged sword isn't it? Most Hollow/Semi Hollow guitars have ridiculously loud acoustic sounds. But it truly is a beautiful guitar.

  • Nice playing... Thanks for the demo. I'm thinking about getting one myself. How comfortable are they to play? Do the thicker dimensions bother you? Also, do you plan to post a plugged demo anytime soon? Thanks again...

  • I play double bass, so the size of this guitar is not a problem for me ;-)

It wears 0.12'' flatwound strings and I found very comfortable. I think that it's a fantastic guitar (for her prize!)

  • Truly, the demensions of the guitar would bother anyone who has never played a Artcore/other archtop-ish guitar (and jumbo acoustics). forodejazz made a good point. .12mm strings are excellent for blues/jazz genre of music. But 13s are ridiculously hard to bend. I really recommend .12s for blues and jazz. But 13s are great for practicing finger strength.

  • yo wussup homie
