Well, take a look at how close the towers are to the water. I was involved in talking to victims of the twin towers. The AIR compression of 100 tons of cement on EACH FLOOR blew people and body parts up to TWO MILES onto roof tops and INTO THE WATER, there is a real physical reason why people were never found. Some people from near the top were lucky to survive. Some people got blown and all their pieces on to roof tops, and some will never be found because they wound up in the ocean.
