  • Soon little one, soon you will FLY!

  • soooo cute! it looks like a little human when its first hacthed!

  • Welcome to the world, little one! Life is so beautiful, it just makes me want to cry. It's amazing that an entire lifeforce is within something so delicate... <3

  • aw that baby owl is adorable

  • and this is what the beginning of legend of the guardians looks like

  • @themykkee3 love it

  • i just noticed that the skip-bar thing was a snowflake...?

  • @Trubaster - Aside from the language, I agree, in our curiosity we tend to destroy that which we find the most beautiful and rare.

@Everyone else - I really hope they didn't 'help' it hatch. I notice bits of the shell gone, but the position of the owl remained the same. The act of hatching is a right of passage and crucial in its development. Otherwise it's a beautiful thing to watch.

  • Awwwww so beautiful :'3

  • ew

  • the f`n light is killing the poor little thing...its has extremely sensitive eyes even though it`s closed...got damn people why don`t you do something useful instead of hurting everything you see and killing everything around you?! Fuck!

  • @Trubaster It may be a heat lamp. Would you rather he froze to death?

  • @Trubaster Actually, it is just a heat lamp. It does not hurt his eyes at all. And we are not killing everything around us... We actually have been reintroducing barn owls back into the wild....

  • @Trubaster I guess we should destroy the sun since it's too bright. Not like owls are naturally born in the wild or anything.

  • He's probably thinking "life sucks!"

  • Its so cute:).....it was struggling to get out:(

  • THAT IS THE CUTEST HAIRLESS THING IVE EVER SEEN!!?

  • Who wants an omelette?

  • @furball1318 You do realize that even the slightest touch could hurt or kill it.

  • why don't they help it! it looks sad and depressing.it looks like it's dieing!

  • The owlet is so Cute!!

  • dude, once it breaks through enough, you can remove it from the egg... i hate it how ppl just leave them like that.

  • poor baby how tired he must be at the end of hatching

  • its so ugly/cute

  • i wish it would hatch faster, i need to get some sleep......

  • aww it looks like a little baby chicken

  • @ReisigSeeds No. It needs a jumper.

  • Comment removed

  • @potter4444owl I'm sure its under warm incubator lights like all bird eggs that have to be artificially incubated... Seriously... C'mon son!

  • So TINY! :D

  • i wish i had a tame barn owl as a pet :(

  • where's its mum?

  • ITS SO... unfluffy...

  • It is just overwhelming to think that something so fragile and weak can be born in the conditions of nature and survive.

  • He's kind of gross looking but his teeny little baby hoots are adorable.

It just looked so vulnerable It's amazing how much they grow and change in such a short amount of time

  • LOL my parakeet thinks this is chirping to him. X)

  • its got little paws!

  • but will it blend?

  • six people are haters.

  • it's so fragile

  • there not people if they dislike this

  • 6 people can just go fuck off and get eaten by owls :D

  • Wow, I thought that they're eggs would be bigger! Just precious. <3

  • McDonalds chicken nugget

  • hagrid's dragon hatching repeat... this is quite amazing though. we have it easy. we get pushed out. these little guys have to do it themselvs

  • looks premature..

  • omg so cute!!!!!!

  • I'ts kinda cute. <3

  • Look at it's tiny wings!!!!! =3

  • 6 fools should never have been hatched

  • The six people that disliked this video are the mice that are going to be eaten by this owl.

  • it looks like voldemort

  • @TheJaredBShow but he-who-must-not-be-named doesn't have a nose and it does :)

  • Haha I kinda forgot that that was supposed to be a baby owl... but it'll grow up to be something beautiful. :D It's fun watching God's creatures come into the world.

  • PUT THAT FUCKING MONSTER BACK IN THE EGG

  • *would be eating fried eggs while watching this* god damn it

  • Im sorry but did it just... die.

  • @clanofshadows ohhh no hes ok---with a teensy little baby like that with barely (if any) muscles at all, its a lot of work to move his little head and wings and legs and stuff, plus he had to work pretty hard getting out of that little shell and stuff into the world for the first time.

so hes wiggling and relaxing and wiggling some more :) but nothings wrong with him im certain

  • aww look at its wittle feet:)

  • can somebody please help it?????

  • Okay, I'm not trying to be immature or mean, but if any bird is hatching from an egg, can you help them by gently breaking it a little?

  • @MechaKameleon I know you can do it a little with baby chicken eggs, with special tools and stuff, but even then it's not a great idea. The skin can sometimes be stuck to the shell and if you tried to help it you might end up hurting it instead. =(

  • Would anything bad happen if a person helped him? Like opened the shell more?

  • @666darkhawk Nothing its just that if it cant hatch its self, its prob' really weak, and wont have much of a change surviving in the wild.

  • @666darkhawk Something you might like to know. They die if they can't come out. Sad isn't it?

  • wheres his mom?!? she missed it!!!!

  • did you deep fry it and eat it after??

  • @ballsackTbager monster.

  • Adorable! I hope he/she grows up to be a bing strong Owl! :D

  • :'D

  • awww, poor little fuzzy, pink, naked owl :)

  • @GteamGTA ahmen to that..5 fucked up peaple who hate babys!!

  • @onethatsyou maybe they born as an adult..

  • Awesome......just awesome. and then they grow so fast.

  • Once the owlet is partway out of the shell the mother sometimes helps it by picking up a chunk of shell, easing the chick out of it.

  • In the end did it die or it just fell asleep?

  • @cristianvasile555 baby birds get EXTREMELY tired after hatching from all the hard work they do getting out! usually it takes them a couple of hours or more to hatch!

  • awww if only it was in a soft nest filled with down

  • GO OWLS!!! and am i the only one ho saw that bron thing at 1:54 ?

anyway I <3 Owls Visit my Page and Watch my vids Send me Messages Suscribe Or add Me I Love auditioning and i love being in any Owl, Wolf, or Warrior Cat Series or Animations so VISIT MY PAGE!!!

  • Ugly and cute at the same time

  • birds look like dino's when they hatch

  • ...doesn't even look like a bird DX. But it's still so precious! :3

  • Neverendingstorayys go Gahoole! It's the bast series I've ever read, and that includes Harry Potter and the Chronicles of Narnia!

  • @OwlCityFanatic123 :D nice bookshelf!

  • i cant tell which side is his head and which side is his but

  • it looks like someone was helping it because that's not the natural way a bird hatches.

  • cute

  • egglintine!!!!

  • ;A; i love it

  • Really? One can kill a bird by helping it hatch? Good tip, because if I ever say a bird hatching, it would be hard for me to resist helping it...

  • @RCasto

A little help is okay if it is really stuck. But completely doing the work for it is usually detrimental to the bird's health.

  • It's so.. pink. x)

  • tanx

  • So tinyyyyy, I'm gonna cry!

  • 4 people don't like the creation of life.

  • I'm not being negative, I'm curious. Why did you take it out of the nest?

  • omg, that's so weird! lol

  • The miricle of life is beautiful. Animals are so lucky to be born with instincts while us humans are helpless when born.

  • @nezzynelson

We have instincts, but because we live with our parents longer they mature slower. We cry, for food, warmth, etc, and we suckle.

  • @nezzynelson Did you forgot we are the natural masters of tool making? ;)

  • @nezzynelson humans are animals too, and we are born with instinct we just develop slower ....and how is this newborn not helpless :/

  • @MrAnimeStealth well the newborn is helpless, but i meant like it has the immidiate instincts when its born, thats what i meant by helpless. And you do make a point, we do develop instincts slowly.

  • @nezzynelson We have some imediat instincts like how babies grip somthing when you put it in there hand. Thats an instinct that many animals like monkeys kualas and bats have. It's for clinging to the parent. It's useless on a human though because we don't have thick enough hair to cling to and human parents carry their young in thier arms.

  • jarrasic park "cmon little guy"..... lol.goes something like that lol. sooo cute

  • @warriorcats1231 Yeah :P

The slang used in middle-high school now is kind of weird..

  • @warriorcats1231 I guess that's what kids say nowadays :P

  • CUTE!!

  • What causing them to die if you assist them while hatching? Thank you.

  • Life is wonderful.

  • @dragonsember It truly is..... godless or not....

  • @halflifefan84 I quite agree.

  • Where is its mother? It's calling, alone, terrified, confused and probably cold...why is it being forced to hatch alone on a towel for someone to gawk at?

  • He/she looks exhausted. Think how hard it is to get out of a egg. It´s difficult to imagine.

  • @Dr904 I know man... we have it so easy, but animals like this have to fight, JUST to survive.... sometimes I don't even feel we're worthy to inhabit this world...

  • @Dr904 Not only is it hard, but its vital to its survival as well. Breaking out of the egg is the first test of life :3 It helps strengthen the wings, talons, and beak.

  • what a wonderful part of nature! bravo!

  • Barn Owl! I choose YOU!

  • @david7992 hahahah! awesome reference.

  • hey its nyroc wheres nyra?

  • God y did u do that??? That poor owl could have froze to death without it's mother!!! Shame on you!!!

  • @arceus0122 ... Heated blanket much? If you're hatching a barn owl, you've probably done the mating. If you've done the mating, you're either a falconer or some other type of trained raptor handler / caregiver. If you're a trained raptor handler / caregiver, then really they know how to do it so it's not going to freeze.

  • @arceus0122 I was thinking that too, but I'm pretty sure these people know what they're doing, it's not like they're laughing at it struggling to get out and shit.
