You chose the right colors for the cake. They all have that undescribable tint that gives it an earthy feel, which infact reminds me of the Jurrasic era . The dinosaurs are so adorable and arranged just where it is supposed to be. Overall, the design is very well balanced and I give you bonus points fo making the figures edible.
Thank you so much - I'm glad you like the colours, at first I was thinking they were too sombre for a childrens cake but they did feel right! A friend did say that I should have had the dinosaurs fleeing the volcano so I told him the cake was called 'The Day of Extinction' lol! I do like being able to say that everything is edible - although Liam wouldn't let anyone eat the dinosaurs :D - Thank you so much for your feedback :D
Thank you so much! :D I'm really quite proud of this one! It was for my cousins son and he cried when it was cut! but he's kept the dinosaurs in a little box with dividers so the t-rex doesn't eat the others!! My son is 15 next week and doesn't want a cake at all :( apparently he's 'too grown up' for cake! I haven't decided yet whether to make him something hideously embarrasing or something tasty but understated that he can share with his friends! :D lol

Thanks :D the kids really liked the blood and it made Liam put dividers in the box he's got the dinosaurs in so the t-rex can't eat the others!! lol
