  • people need to realize that you you have to want to quit smoking. its not that hard to figure out. set a quit date and make an effort. its not going to work if you don't want to quit smoking. along with this video and some effort, it will work. i haven't had a cigarette for 3 months now.

  • This is absoloute Magic.... I've been wanting to quit for a long time and was prepared before trying this and its day 3 after watching this and believing in it and i have not smoked or wanted to smoke..... this guy is a witch....

  • The color red is my best friend :-)

  • its fucking hard to quit smoking, ive been trying for ages .. got a patch on but they still dont do the trick

  • Hi, I think alot of people of Procrastination Problems. Could you please post a Stop Procrastination video to overcome this for areas of importance. Would love it if you could post a quick yet effective video.

    Thanks

    J

  • @JimAsian1 There is a stop procrastinating mp3 on my website at SubliminalScience

  • This is a joke,,,relax relax relax...if we were to relax how he wanted then we would fall out of the chair...

  • I did relax untill my mother screamed at me. I'll try this again later -_-'

  • i had a smoke while listening. yes i can even smoke with eyes close at times. this is not hypnosis this is mind of a person who goes in believing that they we will leave and not smoke again. just the individual. but what ever works. i was a non smoker till 30 and then started now i smoke two packs a day. will die of lung cancer just like my mom did as a young women of 56 yrs old. so awful.

  • @sweetkittytwine May I suggest supplementing some of your smoking with nic lozenges instead? Most people think quitting is all or nothing...but if you even cut back to 1 pack, the health of your lungs would improve...any improvement is a huge deal! Dr's are now saying that some people might need the patch and the gum for breakthrough cravings. Also cigs have other chemicals that mimic antidepressants..so getting zyban from your dr could help that. Don't give up!

  • @sehille4774: This is pretty much the worst advice I have EVER heard. First of all supplementing you smoking with nicotine replacement products doesn't work. Furthermore it is extremely dangerous and you could die of nicotine poisoing if you smoke and take NRT products at the same time. NRT in general is a massive scam designed to keep you addicted to dangerous drugs.

  • @sehille4774 : Furthermore, these "Drs" and Phizer have spent 100s of millions of dollars propagating the myth that quitting is very hard in order to sell more products. Zyban or Chantix are even more disgraceful and irresponsible. Any medication that lists suicide or death as a side effect has to be a winner right. I know you are trying to help but you are in some SERIOUS need of deprogramming my friend. That entire statement you made was catagorically false.

  • @rmed30 Well, it's called "Science". You should try learning about this sometime. I was not suggesting suck on lozenges all day WHILE smoking 2 packs...I was suggesting rather then smoking all day and night...use the lozenges some of those times instead. What counts is your total nicotine intake. If she is smoking 2 packs per day, then her intake is already pretty high. So if you cut out a whole pack of cigs and take lozenges instead, your nicotine intake is not going up any.

  • @rmed30 They just simplify the guidelines and say "never use both at the same time" because they think we are too simple minded (WINK WINK) to be able to calculate and monitor our daily nicotine intake. For instance, I cant smoke at work (sometimes 12hours or more) so I use the lozenges instead. 1 (4mg) lozenge lasts me about 3 hours...same as smoking 1 cig per hour. Guess what? I smoked far less and my respiratory status has greatly improved allowing me to decrease my meds.

  • @rmed30 And I was able to gradually cut down on my cigs and Finally stop smoking. And I didn't feel bad one bit taking zyban either (do you even know what this does?) Call me a pharma enthusiast, but at least I didn't get depressed for 6 months..well worth it to me! Chantix is a different story entirely, not a fan. They did a massive study and have found that the risk of death from smoking greatly out weights the risks associated with just about any other quitting method.

  • @rmed30 Spend some time on a cancer unit sometime buddy, and tell me that we don't need to re-think how we treat addiction to cigarettes. Obviously if someone watched their mom die young from smoking and they STILL cannot stop...then their is more involved with some people then simple will power issues. I totally agree though that it is a problem that we have it our heads that smoking is impossible...and therefore we either dont bother trying or dont try hard enough.

  • @sehille4774 : "Science??" More like business. How about common sense for a change. For example why don't you tell me how nicotine replacement makes any sense. Ask yourself how somebody with a nicotine addiction is cured by giving them NICOTINE? It's a billion dollar scam, period. Very few people have success with these products but they do so in spite of them, not because of them.

  • @rmed30 It's not the nicotine that kills. Its the smoke. You could be on NRT for the rest of your life and it wouldnt kill you. It is even ok to use long term for people with heart disease. Their alot of different tools now for quitting and.different things work for different people. If I did it again, i would still use the lozenges cause why suffer through withdrawl if i dont have to. If anyone wants legitimate medical articles about this, message me and I send you the info.

  • @sehille4774 : Wrong again. But I don't blame you. You are simply misguided. Nicotine will kill you. It is HIGHLY poisonous. In fact if you were to feed a fraction of the nicotine in a cigarette into your blood stream you would die on the spot. In addition to nicotine there are also 100s of other toxins and carcinogens. If you google whyquit and look under the NRT section there are tons of LEGITIMATE articles that debunk and expose the myths of NRT

  • @rmed30 Most things can kill you in high enough doses. Even water. Did you know you can die of water toxicity? I bet you drink some of that everyday though, with no adverse reaction. Ever had a beer? that is a poison too.

  • @sehille4774 : What do you mean "why suffer withdrawl?" how does administering nicotine in lozenge form save you from the withdrawl of nicotine in cigarette form. They are chemically identical. Look. The important thing is that people quit. But I'll say it again people who quit using NRT quit IN SPITE OF, not because of. Somehow instinctively people know this, but they are 1) desperate and 2) hypnotised by a billion dollar industry whose advertising and propaganda budget are infinite

  • @rmed30 Nicotine in the lozenges does not have the carcinogens from smoking a cigarette. Or the tar that destroys your lungs. And rather then getting a quick large burst of nicotine, you get used to having a small steady stream of the nicotine that you can gradually wean off. You are better off doing that then smoking. Period. It's not much different in price. Its a physical addiction. If it was just the propaganda then why wouldn't that work for every product out their?

  • @rmed30 Surprize! The government and pharma. companies are out to make money and have taken devious tactics to do so in the past. Who knew?

SO by your logic I guess if you got cancer, for instance, you would refuse treatment becuase they are going to make a crapload of money from you?

Now if you want to apply this argument to the 'diet' and food industry..I am right on board with you their.

  • @sehille4774 : You tell me how this makes sense (please save you ad hominem musings). A guy goes in to rehab with a crack cocaine addiction. They tell him in order to minimize your withdrawl from crack cocaine, and to help you quit, we are going to give you powdered cocaine. Treating cocain addiction with cocain addiction???!!! How can you tell me that this isn't madness? And it's the EXACT SAME principle as NRT. Treating nicotine addiction with nicotine. Go ahead, I'll wait....

  • @rmed30 No offense..but have you ever been addicted to nicotine or quit smoking before? Have you ever heard of methadone? Chemically similar to heroin...they give that to help people wean off the heroin. And Librium for alcohol withdrawal symptoms. Are you trying to say that their is no such thing as physical addiction? I question what product you Sir are trying to Push! People have more intelligence then you give us credit for. We can see past your mumbo jumbo. Have a nice day.

  • @sehille4774 : "Chemically similar" is not the same as IDENTICAL. You should buy a dictionary. I'm not selling anything. I would leave that to the drug dealers in white coats at Phizer. FYI, methadone is extremely lethal. There are many, reformed addicted included, who will tell you that it is ineffective as well (hmmm I wonder who methadone is manufactured by). Just another example of "buy our drugs, not theirs." BTW millions of people are addicted to NRT products themselves so yea suck one.

  • @rmed30 Too bad you can't be fair in your discussion and acknowledge the points that I am right on...your more interested in pushing your own conspiracy theories. (Sounds alot like you are brainwashed and can't think for yourself). Allen Carr also became quit rich by the time of his death BTW. It's brainwashing in its own right and only works if you buy into it all.

  • @sehille4774 Again, no offense but I think you should go spend some time with someone dying of stage 4 lung cancer, like I have, and then you can come back and tell me that ANY method that might result in someone quitting smoking isn't worth a shot.

  • @sehille4774 : Big difference between brainwashing and deprogramming. But I wouldn't expect you to know that because you are uneducated. You don't even know the difference between 'there' and 'their.' And is isn't spelled thier either. You obviously have a 4th grade education so thier is no talking sense to the ignorant.

  • @sehille4774: And if anybody makes money, it should be the man who helped countless numbers of smokers save their own lives. You would have to be an absolute sociopath to begrudge somebody of success for that. Oh yea, and none of his clients ever commited suicide or bled from the ass like chantix. And they never prolonged their own addiction further by becoming addicted to nicotine gum. And they never poisoned themselves with it either. So long

  • @sehille4774 : And quitting isn't a matter of will power so much as it is an exercise in purging yourself of nicotine (the easy part), and removing all the brainwashing that culture, big tobacco, peers, pharma, tv, and yourself imposed upon you. Will power is barely a factor. Why do Doctors fail to quit smoking? Surely it takes an enourmous amount of will power to make it through medical school.

  • @rmed30 Its not as bad as they make it out to be. I dont believe in this "tough love' approach to addiction tho...it might work for some people but not everyone. Trolololo

  • @sweetkittytwine : Are you familiar with Allen Carr's 'Easyway to Stop Smoking.' It is a pretty amazing book and it almost stands alone as THE definitive smoking cessation aid. Please do yourself a favor and buy it. Or at the very least check out what people have to say about it on amazon. You have nothing to lose. The book costs about the same as 2 pks of cigarettes and it is LEGIT. You CAN quit, and it doesn't have to be painful. In fact it can be cathartic and joyous. Good luck.

  • Oh my god !! Watching this i just did whatever he said and I was on my desk totaly asleep until he count 5 !!! It was beautiful !!! I wanna see a red color right now

  • This is so powerful

  • I just finish watching this video and I hope it works. I have been smoking since I was 17 and now I am 53. I will keep you posted. Ne Blessed

  • It does work, I went 1second without one.

  • hypnosis to stop smoking worked for me -- this is the guy i used -- he was freaking fantastic -- it is impossible to describe how much better i feel

  • he sounds like DANE COOK!

  • sorry bout my last comment. i'm never serious and wonder if hypnotist could even help me/?

  • Ive gone 4 months today without a cigarette and just suddenly bought a packet. WTF????

  • ... don't feel like it worked, mayby beacuse reading too much about hypnosis...

  • I first started watching this out of curiosity, I didn't know what a hypnosis session to quit smoking was like and I clicked on the first video I saw. And then 5 minutes in I got interested and laid down on my bed, restarted the video and listened and pretended the voice was talking to me. Something worked. I kept thinking all this time, trying to quit, about how I was just too infatuated with cigarettes. And then after this I couldn't remember why. I think I'll be okay. Should I repeat?

  • BTW, if I do get a craving, should I just watch this vid again?

  • @Things2doBeforeIdie Yes, that would be helpful.... Or search for my meditation videos for stress and anxiety. A lot of people find them very helpful for dealing with cravings....

  • Watched this on 6th of August, 2011. I actually don't feel like smoking! and I am counting days.

  • GOOD THANK YOU VERY VERY Hypnotherapy BENEFIT ME TO HELP

  • I would love to have it work for me too. I was listening and tried to relax deeply and so on, but I couldn't .I mean. How do I know, where in my mind is that unconscience spot. While listening I still have so many questions. Maybe it's because english isn't my mother language. But I really want to work it for me as well :( Any advice how to get to that stage of loose limbs? :) Thank you

  • @lenka351 The place in your mind is where you feel taken to when he instructs you to go there. You'll get it and then just keep coming back to that place.

The questions you want to ask is the distraction of your mind, the avoidance of the hypnosis working - this is is the want/not want to quit smoking conflict. Don't fight the distraction, allow the questions but you don't need to answer them or have them answered. Just allow.

With that you may find the loose limbs starts happening.

  • @heleninspain I still couldn't get to that loose limbs stage, but I manage not to smoke for 30 days - up to date. No cravings or anything. Just bigger apetite for icecream :) Thank you very much. If nothing, it made quitting muuuuuuuch mooooore easier Finaly abstinent for the rest of my life (I believe) :)

  • He said "anything keeping you from sex" at 7:24

  • @hotsexybrownguy haha u r right hehe

  • I thought he would suddenly slap the patient and say "QUIT SMOKING U IDIOT", heh

  • Can anyone tell me what he sayst at 4:40 to 4:42. thanks

  • I woke up at about 4:00 a.m., got dressed just to go to the store to get a pack of smokes. Got home, made coffee and lit up. Then I went searching for something like this. I've watched it a few times now. The first time, I was finishing up my cigarette. It' been a few hours now and no cravings. I think this might actually work for me. If it does, it's amazing,

  • I watched this vid before going to bed last night and again tonight and I havnt had a cig in 24 hours. Funny thing is that I falt relaxed, not hypnotized but I still feel like it worked. I've smoked for 35 years and tried to quit at least 6 times and this is the first time I truly feel it is working. Havnt had hardly any cravings. I sure hope Im right and this will be the time I finally kick it!!

  • Just used this video as a spur of the moment decision to go ahead and try to quit for the third time in my life, which from what I heard the other day (somewhere?) increases my success rate chance tremendously! Winning! I just went and CHUCKED the unopened pack of camel lights I bought an hour ago INTO THE LAKE! It feels great to have tools like this at our fingertips! Thanks OP!

  • WHY WILL THIS NOT WORK????? I want to be hypnotized, I've listened to so many of these things and follow all their instructions. I'm honestly trying I WANT TO BE HYPNOTIZED. Someone help me.

  • @Cyrix166 go to a hypnotist and find their number under a local google search. now you've been helped so move forward into a hypno office near you to complete this part of your goal.

  • Hi. When listening to this session and following along with it, is it necessary to follow the part where you tell the guy to hold his arm out straight then let it go limp after? I mean will the session still work if you don't actually do this part? I only ask because I am following this by my self and don't really want to ask someone else to hold my arm up for me and copy what you say?

    Thanks

  • It does work, I went ten minutes without one.

  • i felt kinda tingly when i started doing this.... wtf..

  • @leostyle7771 i felt tingly too loestyle it went away fast tho First day then i guess... lets see how i go Thank you very much im only 14-15 and mum and dad hate when i smoke soo thx!

  • @6301957 CONGRATS! I am happy to be helpful!

  • @ClinicalHypnosis can you please tell me what you say at 4:40 to 4:42. thanks

  • Hypnosis is a great way to stop smoking but you have to want to stop and be convinced of that.

    Excellent video!

    bye bye

    The English Sisters

  • I have been smoke free after watching this for 6 weeks now!!!! Thank you so much.

  • @anitaka1000 You are welcome! Glad you found it helpful!

  • @ClinicalHypnosis

is this induction always effective as a primary induction or would you only use it if someone had already been hypnotized? thanks!

  • @ClinicalHypnosis

is this induction always effective as a primary induction or would you only use it if someone had already been hypnotized? thanks!

  • @nzu1 This guy had never been hypnotized before. In fact, I just met him 5 minutes before this video. This is a regular induction I often use fro frist time people,

  • @ClinicalHypnosis

thanks for the response! that's cool -it seems really effective. and all it took was one session -he didn't need any later reinforcement? can this be used for any habit or fear? cheers! (p.s. sorry about the repeats earlier)

  • I watched this video yesterday about 7-30pm...just out of interest...

.I,ll be truthful with you now....I havnt had a ciggie since then..I dont have the "urge" to smoke, I almost forgot I DID smoke, wasnt until I went into my utility room and saw a pack of ciggies this evening, that I remembered they were mine!

Believe me or not .I,m a smoker for over 40yrs..and.for a 10 minute vid he,s REALLY affected my way of thinking...Strange...but true!!

  • Comment removed

  • does the chief of a fag company smoke ? lets have a vote .

  • I was enjoying myself being relaxed and then he said i relied on nicotene, then I remembered i don't smoke.

  • O.K I stumbled on this vid and i hope it works. 25yrs of smoking and i have tried everthing to quit.

  • Comment removed

  • i felt really tired and relaxed then as soon as he clicked his fingers i literally jumped awake, hypnosis actually works

  • man, this is soo annoying It makes me wana smoke even more

  • Do you guys think that speaking faster is more effective than slow and boring?

  • what happens if i get hypnothised and i lose my internet connection?

  • @hiephoi058 eventually you are gonna wake up... Hypnosis is an induced natural state of the mind, such as sleeping. =)

  • @hiephoi058

Either you'll fall into normal sleep or wake up from the trance.

  • @hiephoi058 Lol. I was wondering the same thing.

  • @hiephoi058 Nothing. You would either fall into a depp natural sleep, or wake up on your own....

  • @hiephoi058 You'd either open your eyes and snap out of trance, or pass into a deep sleep and wake up in a few hours.

  • @hiephoi058: You'll be stuck in cyberspace forever and have no smokes !!

  • @hiephoi058 YOU WILL BE LOST IN A LIMBO!!!!1 FOREVER!!11 MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!11!oneone Your soul is mine now. :P

  • @hiephoi058 Watch the movie 'Office Space' to find out... :)

  • @hiephoi058 ;download the video with real player

  • Just watched the video but found myself still distracted by outside sounds (kids fighting). It was very relaxing though. Smoked just before watching (9:55pm 11/24) and I feel like I still want to now but also feel like I want to deliberately not. I'm going to watch it again after it's completely quiet.

  • just finished watching the vid and felt very relaxed afterward. Will watch again once I get off the patch...last cigg 8:30am 11/23/10

  • This 7 peoples owns a cigarette companies.. x)

  • 5 or 6 months now. Done. And lots of money saved. And better health. Rarely snore. The sense of smell is a lot better. Taste is better. It feels so good to not smoke anymore.

  • i finished it at 6:21 pm let see if tomorrow i dont smoke

  • don't know if I was hynotised or whether I simply fell asleep. I seem to have drifted off less than half way into the video, and didn't wake until he clicked his fingers, and don't recall most of what was said. Has my unconscious mind registered this? We'll see.

  • this bullshit eally work's?............why i didn't fell asleep? huh?

  • @wingman055 A person can only be hypnotized if he wants to be.

  • yo smoke herb and i dont want to stp i didnt relize this was a non smoking video but cigs are bad Dont smoke cigs!

  • @paintballin878 paintballin is kewl.

  • Comment removed

  • i turned the screen off and just listened to the guy and i was at peace and tranquility

  • omg it works, I HAVEN'T SMOKED A SINGLE CIG EVER IN MY LIFE.

    I recommend this.

  • Comment removed

  • the voice is good to hear, only the quick talking sounds almost mechanic which is making the hynose less natural.

  • ok i need a little help, a friend of mine is pregnent and smoking and she wants to stop. But she cant just do it cold turkey, So i am trying to find another way for her to stop smoking without hurting the unborn baby. So can anyone help?

  • @mouseJB best thing she should do is cut down to like 1 0r 2 smokes max a day even if she smokes half of it in the morning and the other half at night..that way the withdrawls wont hurt her baby..thats my opinion best thing she should do is see her doctor he/she can recommend whats best

  • I was gonna have a cig after this but when it finished I just didn't bother, didn't want one. This stuff can work if you let it. I tried the Paul McKenna one and I dont need to smoke as many the next day, as though if I listen to it enough, eventually I will forget about smoking and not do it without even "trying" to. You need something as drastic as having your mind re-programmed to stop smoking and not be bothered. Yes many stop smoking by brute force alone but it bothers them! This works.

  • i need to quit but anyone who says they quit just off watching this must be chatting shit or has'nt smoked for verry long maybe if i whas there

  • I tried this at 6:30p.m. 9/13/2010 and believe it or not I had a BAD craving to smoke a cigarette right before I watched it, but I lost the craving some where! :-) I would love to hear any feed back to see how this works for anyone else who tries this out? As for me, so far I am very satisfied with the results It is now 10:12a.m. 9/14/2010 and STILL NO SMOKING NO CRAVINGS :-) I will continue to up date on this, OK! :-)

  • @castingme Update away, you have done well! I love it when people are successful and this video has helped. You are treating yourself right, and so congratulate yourself!

  • @castingme 4 months and a day! Whoopee!

  • @springShinobiSl4sh hahaha that would be a waste

  • I have now experienced this video twice, and I honestly tried to follow the instructions, but seemed to retain full consciousness. Yet I had a sense of Richard's voice in my head, saying things that my conscious mind did not quite hear 100%. Seeing red now has a calming, strengthening effect, which is surprising to me but happens in spite of my scepticism. I find myself looking for red when I need help. Many thanks for your help.

  • Boinky Boinky Boinky

  • This Really Works. 12 days and counting, not a single craving.

  • @justineelectra Congrats!~

  • @ClinicalHypnosis I am from Serbia, the hipnosys is good, but i cant listen you and translate what are you saing in the same time.what i have to do,i smoke 4 years and i want to stop.Help me please.

  • @KojaDirt post on HypnoThoughts (add .com) and you will likely find a serbian hypnotist. There are people form all over the world! It may be easier in your native languange.

  • @KojaDirt what you can do also is have a friend to record the session on audio for you on your own language since you already know what to do, it'll be easier for you if you can't find a hypnotist

    hope it helps!

  • Hello, Im study'n Hypnosis because I want to become a hypnotherapist. Is there any Good schools you'd recomend?

  • @ImShaneGolden Yes our program at our website

  • Can you tell me what proportion of people are susceptible to hypnosis, in your experience?

  • @vasili33 Everyone goes in and out of trance multiple times a day, so everyone can be hypnotized since it is a natural phenomena. Now some peopl emay not respond to the way I do hypnosis, or to me as a prson, that is far different than being unhypnotizable though, and so a good hypnotist learns many styles and aproaches for different people.

  • Hummm let's see if it works... My eyes started twitching like crazy too, I didn't know it was supposed to happen though : ) hopefully it works for me!!!

  • Could this cure my M.E.? Could I convince myself it doesn't exist?

  • Placebo Efect

  • @nynono Hypnosis sometimes is placebo, but so what. Isn't it really the most desired efffect? Response with no side effect? Isn't placebo the ultimate proof of "mind over matter"? And if it is placebo, and it still works, isn't that really hypnosis too then? FACT: Two years later he is still smoke free, and he could care less why, all he knowes is before this he couldn't quit. After this session he has been smoke free.

  • you have a really relaxing voice. Love this session!

  • lol i though he was reaching for a cigarette at the very end

  • @joelsolomoneight way to go man. Excellent decision. Keep on trying, you'll make it.

  • I have a friend who should stop smoking, but we don't have many qualified hypnotherapists in my country (maybe even none at all), is it safe to try and copy this procedure, and would it work?

  • Whoa, that was cool. My eyes started twitching within about 30 seconds of following along, very soothing and...well, hypnotic, I guess. Took a lot of effort to force my eyes open afterwards. I like!

  • I'm throwing out my pack, I recently started a couple of months ago and I plan on quitting right now. I smoked a lot and its not doing me any good right now. after watching this I feel more relaxed. right now I'm going to throw out that pack I bought recently. just fucking throw it out. I'm fuckin done with it. even though its full I'm gonna throw it out. I want a healthy lifestyle and become a role model to my niece and little cousins on my rez. I'm done

  • at what point in this video did you make your client go into trance? please message me :) thanks .

  • My dad had a go at hypnosis to stop smoking, he said an ice cream van stoped outside halfway through with the music on..now hes shit scared of ice cream vans.

  • A little bit louder please??

My volume is at it's maximum, and it sounds it's almost at it's minimum! :(

  • Thanks very much, excellent!

  • This guy never smoked to begin with !

  • wow while actually doing what this guy said my eyes were twitching none stop, i hope this would really help me to stop smoking

  • @Xiiiang The twitiching is REM, a sign of trance, very postiive. Just take a breath and relax. You would enjoy some of our mp3's for smoking cassation at our website

  • how long does a session normally take ? Seemed to great a lot of work done here..

  • @bruceleeC64 Typical sessions are one hour, with about half of that actual hypnosis. This was a condensed session becasue youtbe limits to ten minutes. Actual client, still a nonsmoker

  • Brilliant session !

  • I find it really weird how I had my last smoke while watching this video. That was April 17. At about 45 minutes past 5 in the evening. With the proper motivation for stopping and seeing this video. I suppose I owe you a little bit of credit. Thanks!

  • @tekren6 Congrats! Glad to have helped in any way! :)

  • I actually followed along, and felt a bit scared when i fell into a deep state of relaxation. Not sure, but maybe it was the sense of loss of control. Anyway, i will let yu know what happens with my smoking habbit.

  • Oh wow... I've been wanting to quit for the longest time, and today there is NO tobacco in the house, I figured it might be worth a shot to try a hypnosis to finally quit, and I have to say, I feel so refreshed! I didn't even notice the red coloured things on my desk before, but when I opened my eyes, I really like looking at them, and my breathing is a lot better now (I'm an asthmatic) I think this will really help, I'm adding this to my faves to help in the next few days if I need it! Thanks!
