i had a cat like that. excpet mine would push the handle to turn on the water.. then using it's paw it would direct the water out onto the floor until the bath and hall were flooded. if i hadn't caught it doing it , i would never have believed it.... cats the genius pet.

my cat drinks from the tap and its soo funny and once he jumped in the bath and then jumped out really fast it was funny :D
