  • @Aw3SoM3xxH3AdShOtZ98 ur comment made me lol XDDD

  • it's like reverse tarzan

  • when they were by the window in the hall, i was freakin creeped out

  • There is NOTHING wrong with having a Monkey as a pet. The problem comes when people go overboard and try to turn their beloved PET monkey into a real baby. You cant tame a animal that is naturally wild. YOU JUST CANT. I think people need to learn that animals are animals! I wont lie.. If I had a baby monkey I would probably talk to it in a cute baby voice and everything too but at the end of the day I will understand and know that it is still an Animal. You cant always treat it like its human.

  • i wonder if the monkey goes to school and rides a bike like a normal teenager?

  • i just want to se that monkey go physcho one day ahha

  • where the fuck do you get a monkey atttt

  • at least she doesn't put makeup on him.

  • @redpandaluvz She does.

I'm a girl and I don't understand why women ALWAYS gotta dress and put makeup on a pet. Like WTF?! DX<

  • aww :)

  • silly willy loool pmsl

  • desperate people............

  • Press 6.

  • 1:30 lol look at the monkeys face when he slams the cookie

  • Watched about ten mins of this show then had to turn it off. It's fucking disgusting, why is this even legal?

  • what. the. fuck.

  • gabby is weirdddd

  • Only an American...

  • monkeys are so cuute <33 it seems like anyone who owns a monkey gets so attached to them like their own children lmfao. how is it different from owning a dog or a gerbil lol

  • These people are sick. Being a 'monkey mom' is animal cruelty. All they are doing is filling a sad void they have, while supported a corrupt industry of animal breeding.

  • @littlestbirdd yeah and poaching, thats a HUGE Thing :(

  • @littlestbirdd its not animal cruelty if the animal likes it and is obviously happy :P all u should want is for the animal to be safe and happy and at least shes happy

  • UYD 2006 4 Life!

  • I WANT A MONKEY!

  • dude you all need to stfu i think haveing a monkey is sometimes normal and its not ur place to tell them they have problems mind your own fuckin business

  • people who do this are showing a small section of animal cruelty, this is madness, not what a monkey should be doing. creating problems mentally and physically for the monkey

  • You need to reread your earlier post. Your exact words below are written in black and white. You said It is a real shame that the monkeys in this documentary ALL have their teeth removed. I don't understand why you would make a statement like that without know the facts for sure. Because most on that documentary did have their teeth.

  • a real shame that the monkeys in this documentary all have their teeth removed as of course biting is part of natural monkey behaviour, this is just one example of a whole range of natural behaviours these monkeys can no longer express. Keeping monkeys as pets is selfish and detrimental to such wonderful, intelligent little beings. Mary Lynn seems nice, but she should set up a sanctuary if she really cares for them, keeping them as a social group with their own kind.

  • @samanthadewhirst I know for FACT that most of the monkeys in the documentary did not have their teeth removed. Most certainly do have their teeth. So you have wrong info. As a matter I fact, I just saw several a month ago and they still have their teeth. But for those who don't have teeth, that doesn't mean they are't happy and can't eat because I have seen some without teeth who can eat anything and everything. Most are loved and safe in human homes. But not in the wild.

  • @1joesephie - I didnt say they had ALL of their teeth removed... mainly canines - and I am not speaking about this short clip from the documentary, I am talking about the non-human primates throughout the whole documentary made. As I said before if she really loves them, as she seems to, she should set up a sanctuary and educate people as to why they shouldn't be kept as pets. This would be a much better use of her love, dedication and compassion for these primates.

  • @samanthadewhirst Also, I am sure some are in sanctuaries. They are given up just like some dogs and cats are given up to shelters. They aren't banning them. For the most part, All the monkey owners I know have had their monks for many many years, some over 20 yrs and they still love and care for them. All monkey owners aren't bad and give up their pets. There should be more regulations on owning one, but banning them is only going to make things worse. The owners will go into hiding

  • the monkey probably grabs her boobs lol

  • I Love Monkeys ! Lolz

  • If Silly Willy misbehaves, does she " Spank the Monkey"?? Haha.

  • Fucking monkeys.

  • There is nothing wrong with owning a monkey but this lady obviously has unresolved issues with not being able to have human children. And is obviously not fit to adopt a human baby. Mental illness indeed.

  • At least the baby monkey is getting taken care of its not like any of you people out there who think this is wrong are doin so!

  • Mary Lynn is a very loving woman and her monkeys have the best that life could ever offer them. I am sure all the monkeys in the wild would much rather be in her home then in the wild. They want or need for nothing. They have other monkey companionship, places to run, swing and play and food, healthy food and an occasional treat. Monkeys are close to being human than any other animal. I am sure none of you have a monkey and that is why you know not what you are talking about.

  • @1joesephie a real shame that the monkeys in this documentary all have their teeth removed as of course biting is part of natural monkey behaviour, this is just one example of a whole range of natural behaviours these monkeys can no longer express. Keeping monkeys as pets is selfish and detrimental to such wonderful, intelligent little beings. Coming from someone who is heavily involved with rescuing and rehabing monkeys who people kept as 'pets', they need to be in social groups.

  • i agree that wild animals should be left alone in the wild to live their natural lives with their natural families, in their natural habitats. people r so messed up

  • To Matthewmercury1. Some people would rather "fuck" with a monkey rather than a human child is because human children are more costly, they talk back, and can be irritating. Not all people like human children. That is why you have abortionists. To each his own. For those of you who want human children, knock yourself out--or up! To those who would rather have the companionship of a loving animal you have the right to do so. Matthew, you keep up with Angelina Jolie, and there will be no orphans

  • @1joesephie

Um..raising a child is easier than raising a monkey. When they're adults they change, become aggressive, dangerous and destructive, they bite, they have to get check ups and testing every year which is costly, they'll need spacious living arrangements which is costly, they don't take well to strangers and might attack them, they require a lot of time and they're possessive and demanding. The cute baby stage doesn't last forever. They require MUCH patience.

  • you peope are rude and crude and need to learn correct grammer and spelling before becoming monkey experts. A pit bull can rip your face off. Not a small monkey. There is a big difference between having a 12lb monkey living with you rather than a 200lb chimp. Do not judge someone for something you know nothing about. Is it natural to have their jungles to be torn down to make room for humans in Africa? Wise up people. Monkeys can absolutely be domesticated same as dogs have been.

  • @1joesephie capuchins have been known to be the worst culprits for scars and tearing peoples flesh when kept as pets as human surroundings are very frustrating for them (they are the most intelligent of the monkey species - not apes) - although u would notice the capuchins Mary Lynn keeps have unfortunately had their canines removed.... these monkeys aren't from Africa - they are smuggled out of South America. I have seen so many capuchins severly psychologically disturbed after being a pet.

  • Has anyone ever asked a monkey if they would rather fight for their food in the jungle or worry about being eaten alive by preditors, or live in a loving home with heat and air and not worrying about where their next meal will come from. Who made any of you experts on monkeys. Chimps are apes, not monkeys and most monks raised from babies don't attack. Dogs were wild at one time and now live in human homes and their pups are ripped from them at 6 weeks to live with humans.

  • Here's an idea...there are, I don't know, millions of orphans in the world, and this bitch wants to fuck with an animal?

  • i know. but hey, same goes for you man

  • Right. And you can tell from my screen name alone that I am not the parent of an adopted child....

  • well, are you?

  • Comment removed

  • stay at home mom ? for what, a monkey? wtf..

  • Oh ok

  • Why do you say that?

  • serious rudespit?

  • Monkeys aren't the only domesticated wild animals used as pets...

there's cats, dogs, birds, snakes, spiders, hamsters, rabbits, gerbils.

There's alot more..those are just some examples, so if you have a problem with monkeys as pets, you should also realize that they aren't the only wild animals used as house pets.

Personally, I think it's kind of weird to have animals as pets. I found this out after I kept an albino rat and two gerbils as pets.

  • what kind of monkey is that one in the vid

  • to all those who oppose monkeys as pets how about you minding ur business

if somoene was jumping off would you so mind your own god dam business

  • Comment removed

  • Loon ball......

  • that's so cute!

  • what if this monkey become super intelligent and starts a hyper intelligent species

  • so cruel

  • Two words: mental illness.

  • milf

  • Thats wrong, the monkey belongs is the jungle hanging out with the other monkeys. Free Willy!

  • sooo cute

  • American's are like children, if they want something they have it without considering the consequences. poor monkey, i mean yea it's well looked after but it's unnatural. also, it can't eb healthy developing a mother/son bond with a monkey lol

  • You're right. Excepting the fact that it's not just American's who act like children (wanting something without considering any of the consequences). That selfish trait is inherently human. The entirety of the human race has a tendency to do the exact same thing.

  • Mom! I want one of those...NOW!

  • i hate her i want me a small mokey like that

  • Yeah that's the one I wanna see too

  • I can give you a silly willy...

    XD

  • Like omg Ik her!!!!!!SShe was at a birthday party I went to !!!!!!!Shes a freak!

  • Why are all these psycho monkey keepers trailer trash?

  • colitisscope I was thinking the same thing..LOLOL

  • "It's minty, isn't it??"

  • Willy is one ugly toddler!

  • that lady is sick in the head

  • i want one so so bad i think it might be cool

  • Why are people so infatuated with wild animals, only to tame and make them behave like humans!??

  • we are in the middle of a recession. why in the universe would people put their resources towards a monkey & why would a network put that on tv. Why don't they cover the tsunami victims instead of these ridiculous people that have obviously lost touch with reality?

  • Escapism, it can't be all 24/7 doom and gloom coverage. We all need escapism some how

  • AWAE!

  • LOL, the baby monkey thot the cookie is a nut he was trying to break it.. Get him some hard shell nuts to break, it's more enticing to them

  • wow

  • that's one crazy bitch.

  • And this is exactly why this woman has nobody in her life except a monkey.

  • tred78gmailcom - ArtinArt - and abcoffofme Fuck You All!!!! You people are all nasty CUNTS THAT NEED TO SHUT UP AND GO TO HHEELLLLL. The lady loves her pets and did nothing wrong for you all to say shit to her.

  • how bout these people adopt and actual child in need.

  • cause they want a child that will never grow up

  • i dont see the harm really isent it the same as dressing a dog and treating a dog like a kid

  • no. dogs are pets that rely on human company- this is a wild animal ffs

  • there both animals dah no matter what species

  • how is it a wild animal when its lived with her since it was a baby?!

  • let me clarify for you. Dogs have evolved over thousands of years to rely on and enjoy human company. These monkeys have been snatched from their natural habitat for these selfish freaks - if you've actually watched the programme you'll see a 3 year old baby monkey being snatched away from its mother. if you think that's ok you need your head examined.

  • this is disturbing, stay at home dole dosser

  • This is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. What is the matter with these people. The worst part of the program was when they were taking the baby monkey away, while its mother, locked in a cage was clearly distressed. Dont you have any laws in th US to stop such cruelty?. And to Bobby, the person who said she had a chance to give a real child a home - are you crazy? who would give a child to such nut cases - or can you buy children too in the US if you have enough money?.

  • I like it when he tastes the toothpaste xD.

  • Who in the world calls a baby(animal or not) SILLY WILLY! That's stupid!

  • Out of all the dreadfullness of this situation you think the name they gave the monkey is the worst problem? god help us.

  • totally agree

  • AWE!!!! what an adorable little guy!!!!!

  • first of all to all you people out there who are saying oh that's a stupid idea to have that monkey and all the crap your saying,it's not true first of all, just because of what happened to all the people with monkeys got hurt from them doesnt mean this monkey will do thesame,2nd of all those were only chimpanzees attacking people, and 3rd of allshe never forced the monkey to wear that clothing and eat the food the monkey wanted to,and 4th of all in africa there are wild fires, where will it live=(

  • So what if it wants to? Some children want to drink bleach, it doesnt mean you let them. Also, the other capuchins (spelling?) seem to be doing fine, especially seen as THIS MONKEY DOESN'T ORIGINATE FROM AFRICA, meaning that it can live there.

  • i never said the CAPUCHIN was from africa i said MONKEYS are from there am i not rite?and drinking bleach and eating one bite of a cookie is NOT the same thing so just think about wat you wrote and maybe you would at least get your thought rite!

  • Well, some monkeys are from Africa, but i would be surprised if anyone was succesfully keeping them in captivity. These monkeys are capuchins, so your point about the bush fires was irrelevant. Also, do you really think that a cookie is going to be good for that monkey? That monkey eating human food is like you eating nothing but McDonalds. And actually, later on in this show, the monkey is suspected of eating some of the woman's medication, but instead of taking him to a vet, she rings an

  • animal pyscic, which is cruel because she is endangering the life of the monkey. And if you learnt how to spell, maybe you would 'get your thought rite'

  • havent you ever heard of text talk? i wasnt even thinking! and how is she endangering the monkeys life!?

  • the monkey is not eating her medication

  • it eats her medication later on in the programme, but you don;t see that here. That + the crap diet is how she is endangering the monkey's life. Also, she's clearly insane, because instead of talking a human child out of care, shes adopted a monkey. She had a chance to give a child a home and she was so selfish that she got monkeys instead. Thats right, monkeys. This isn;'t the first one she's has. As soon as they're adults she gets rid of them.

  • your right so,we good were not enemies but not freinds were just strangers?

  • yep =]

  • ok we wont speak again

  • i just wanna know what kind of monkey that is because i think he's just adorable!

    =p

  • 1 weird lady. It's just un-natural. Wild animals are NOT funny little baby toys.

    .

It's not IF, it's WHEN that animal is going to do something YOU regret.....

    .

And you'll be searching for some stupid reason "why?", ........

    .

when it's A WILD ANIMAL LADY!!!!!!

  • then he grows up an bites her face off and leaves her in hospital, and you'll have to call the cops to shoot the creature dead.

  • if your trying to relate this to what happened with the chimpanzee and the lady that doesnt count because if you even go to school and read books you would know that chimpanzees are one of the most dangerous primates! >=(

  • Well no, because when this monkey gets older, it will get violent, scientific fact.

  • not all monkeys are like that it depends on how they were treated

  • lol the monkey's cute!

  • looks like me dealer jamaal

  • How lovely!

  • it's not like shes the first god, what about madonna?

  • meow.

  • Its instinct is to crack it like a nut; that means nutcracking is hard-wired

  • i personally think its disgusting the way that these monkeys are treat... seperated from their own kind, forced to wear demeaning clothes, given a poor diet, and yet theres actual children in care homes that dont have a family because insane people like this would rather have a bloody monkey

  • i couldnt agree more

  • how are they supposed to go to their kind when there are wild fires going on there dont you know whats going on around the world!?

  • There aren't any wild fires in south/central america. Do your research before making stupid arguments.

  • first of all i did do research thank you very much i read three books on primates and 4 extra pages,so you can shut up!and also if you ever heard of droughts u would know wat im talking about

  • Thats briliant! You just made my day with this!Love animals

PS:Ignore all the haters! They just being ignorant and hateful!

  • you clearly dont love animals enough to do something about the demeaning actions of some crazy people..

  • oh lighten up Jamal!Did you see the full show?!Maby the monkey is an orphan and she took him in!

  • wdf sort of a name is silly willy \

  • Wouldn't it be better if she had adopted a human baby instead of a monkey baby? Monkey would be better off with its species.

  • i would love to back you up on that one but i dont know what to choose because i love animals but humanity is important too =( ???

  • Comment removed

  • damn primates got it made !

  • Not wanting to cause an argument here! But Monkeys are endangered species well a lot of breed of monkey are anyway..not too sure if they all are! But this animal has a better chance of living with her then in the wild! But I will agree they should be either in the wild or animal protection camps where it can breed and be more like a monkey so to speak.

  • Hmm sorry you had to be kinda rude about it? Please before you reply...look around on the internet...and re-read what I said different breeds of Monkeys are endangered...NOT extinct if thats what you were thinking....next time you reply to me though please refrain from using swear words just to make yourself sound ''cooler'' or ''harder''

  • Check out the IUCN endangerd species list...then you can change your mind :)

  • Absolutely owned. :P

  • aww thats sooo cute!!

  • lol cool

  • i want one

  • Wow.. what a name for a monkey

  • If she wanted someone to nurse and love, why didn't she adopt a kid? There is thousands out there, any age, who would die for a home. But no, she has to adpot a monkey instead, who would've been perfectly fine in the wild.

  • He seems happy enough. Also he wouldn't get cookies in the jungle. Swings and roundabouts.

  • It should be in the wild, not with some crazy woman.

  • its not natural

shes makin d monkey go against hiz nature

  • lmfao

  • insane..

  • The fact that it has the instict to try and crack a cookie like a nut, shows it needs to be with other capuchins,

it really, really shouldn't be legal =/

  • lol this is depressing, it's only legal because they arn't 'human like'

like chimpanzees and orangutans...can you say selfish? :P

  • I feel sorry for people like this woman... she must be very lonely, or feel like there's something missing in her life. It's quite sad when you think about it.

    Or perhaps she's just insane.

  • for fuck sake! ... stupid dumbass! it's an animal and should be treated like one feed it bananas and stop treating it like a human! i want to slap her and put the monkey in the zoo or the wild it's not fair
