movie is being remade with Nicolas Winding Refn directing (Drive, Valhalla Rising) could be very good.

The special effects shots of the city could've been improved immensely just by using slow-motion.

My friends and I waited in line to buy tickets to this because it was the first movie ever using Dolby stereo. We had been hearing about it for quite a while. Much to our surprise the movie turned out to be some what of a cult classic. Glad to see it again.
