16 of these have been released in Scotland this week, they have been reintroduced as the hunting of them in the early 20th century wiped them out!

Norway has helped us to reintroduce them :-)

You may be interested to help the eagles that were reintroduced into Eire from Scotland etc: the sea-eagles and golden eagles are being poisoned by man in Ireland. There is a petition, if you look on Google for The Golden Eagle Trust.

He was the one who first alerted me to the poisonings that were going on in Scotland and in Eire and requested that we make the problem known to people who might be willing to give their support to the birds. So.....

Beautiful bird and he obviously is very fond of her, but why is she in captivity? She seems healthy and can fly and catch her own prey.
