As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: 1Pet 2:2

Beware of those who would lead you astray from that sincere milk by appealing to the use of original languages. the apostles were already encountering heretics and false teachers who spoke in those original languages and twisted the Scriptures as Peter revealed (2Pet 3:15-16).

@HermitintheRain How do you know if you are drinking of that sincere milk? by whether or not you are growing. not just any growth-for even weeds grow. what growth should be present then to indicate we are indeed growing by the sincere milk of the word?

But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 2Pet 3:18a

Peter opens and closes this letter around increasing in grace-through the knowledge of Jesus Christ our Lord.
