There was no hint that things have been turned around in Iraq. Bush slurred "slow down", which could mean a variations of things. He could have used a more impactual word like "turned around", but he chose slowed down, which doesn't mean a lot to me givin the time we've been in Iraq. Of course, O'Reilly jumps to concur with Bush
