Going through the same thing at the moment i started on halloween need to start feeling better, keep it up each day it gets better and easier, make sure you do plenty of walking , "no running "/"Joggin", if your leggs hurt now then you need to be careful you dont do any damage to your joints, my suggestion would be not until you lose the first fifty pounds and then start doing light jogs. Take care and keep it up.
