Actually not long. Just start practicing spinning the gun on your finger first and then it will be easier to spin it back in the holster. Guns with shorter barrels are much easier. Eventually you'll be spinning the gun into the holster without even looking! As for the fast draw...I'm actually not very fast, but practice pulling it out quickly with your hand on the gun already. I may do a tutorial if you still need help, just let me know.
