when i was 5 i had this song on a sesame street tape called 'put down the duckie'....looked up the tape earlier today and remembered it was the song that followed captain vegetable that i liked alot...and it turned out to be this one....and for some reason i dont remember the song at all.

i love the scene at the end where the kids are holding hands and running, and the little boys don't have to scream out a disclaimer like "no homo" cuz nobody is worried about looking like that. Ahh the good old days before we gained such knowledge....i used to watch this as a kid, enjoying the music, but this is the first time i understand the lyrics. It is a really great song.

((((((((((((SIGH)))))))))))) I just wish I could go back to being 6,7,8 years old and curl up in my grandma's recliner wrapped up in a blanket while the old fashion INDUSRIAL air conditioner (old skool people, I know ya'll remember those) fit for a house, blows nice cold crisp air on a hot summer day while watching Sesame Street on channel eleven all morning...........like I used to.
