It is a severe mental condition and one of the worst in the medical world. There is no direct way to cure it though brain surgeries have been tested (back in the 19th century) with no results. The younger the person is when they start hearing things, the harder it is for them to cope and understand.
That actually depends. Some do, some don't. The ones who do normally have Kleine Levin Syndrome and are normally more sleep Dependent than the average person. It really depends on the case, no all Schizophrenics have sleep disorders. Many of them might have problems sleeping, yes but not all of them.
